. This place is the real gem for those who want to stay close to the airport and the Mall of Antalya. The rooms are modern and spotlessly clean. The bed was super comfortable and with good quality bed linens. Staff was very welcoming and accommodating. They even prepared take-away breakfasts as we departed early. The pool area was cosy and relaxing. Will be coming back for sure if looking for a short stay near the airport. Unbeatable price/quality value.. The room had a light bleach odour, which vanished after a window was opened. But it was extra reassurance that the place was clean..

. . One of the worst hotel experiences my friend and I have ever had.
From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were shockingly rude, dismissive, and unwelcoming. Despite there being hardly any other guests at the desk, our check-in took an unnecessarily long time.
We were assigned a room on the second floor, yet no one offered assistance with our luggage—even though we had three large bags and the building has no lift. When we politely asked for help, the staff bluntly refused. In the end, it was only thanks to the kindness of other guests that we managed to carry our bags upstairs.
The problems didn’t stop there. We were left waiting endlessly for Wi-Fi access. Each time we asked at reception, the response was dismissive—simply telling us to “wait for activation” while claiming to be busy with other guests.
This entire experience was extremely disappointing and left us feeling unwelcome and uncared for. I strongly urge others to think twice before booking this property..
