Bad. Location is quite. Deposit of 1000 AED which is overrated although I got it again after 2 days and it's by card only not Cash.
The apartment wasn't like the pictures totally different furniture.
The team wasn't inform about my check in although I booked at 1:00 pm and arrived at 7:00pm.

Throughout our interactions, Punita exhibited a loud and rude tone, which was both inappropriate and unprofessional. Such behavior included laughing dismissively during our conversation and using disrespectful language, notably the term “pissed,” which I found to be highly inappropriate given the context of our discussion. This conduct not only undermined the gravity of my concerns but also contradicted the level of professionalism expected in such interactions.
Additionally, I received misleading assurances regarding the return of my security deposit, which has contributed to my distress. The lack of sincere regard for client issues and the failure to fulfill commitments have notably diminished my confidence in StayCae and its services.
I am compelled to request your immediate attention to this matter, emphasizing the importance of maintaining a professional and respectful dialogue with clients. Kindly take strict measures that all employees adhere to the highest standards of conduct and service.
Regarding the property; it was not in a good condition at all, it had broken lamps, scratches on the floor, dirty sofas, dirty utensils and stinking smell inside the whole apartment. Overall highly dissatisfied and would also give reviews on all your websites.. its better you should close this property permanently and stop playing with clients' money and their time and emotions , who wants to waste time and monet please that family or single person book this property i will prefer to stay in sharing room but i would never stay here in my whole life.
