Amazing Hotel. Pavlo Napa Hotel is a very clean hotel, next to the beach (great view). The beds are comfortable, food is excellent!!! Staff was very polite and friendly. Entertainment, massage and all the amenities were great, cocktails awesome! Surely will visit it again!! Feel very satisfied with the experience.. .

Overall I did enjoy my one night stay.. The room was comfortable and well decorated. The breakfast was good. Location was beautiful. The indoor pool was large and heated.. I was surprised that the Sauna snd Jacuzzi were charged at an extra fee of 10 euro per person. The elevator was very slow so we ended up taking the stairs each time but that didn't bother us..

Amazing place. We haven't visited this hotel for 7 yrs, yet Kostas in the restaurant recognised us straight away! I literally cannot understand some people with their reviews! The hotel is situated on an ideallic beach, where you can take bread and feed the puffer fish by the rocks! Yes the pool is cold, but so is every other pool in the Mediterranean lol. The hotel has had a massive upgrade with their rooms and what a change! The food is absolutely amazing! Different menu every day and hot snacks throughout the day. All inclusive drinks are what you would expect really, but everyone knows what you get so if you are not happy then don't go all inclusive. Marianna the entertainment girl works long hours but always has a a smile on her face. Only downside for us was the evening entertainment, I think it could do with a bit more thought, maybe more interactive with the guests/kids We visited Nissi beach and it was such a disappointment, compared with Sandy Bay where Pavlo is situated. Olympian Dive centre is also situated the hotel. Please Please visit this hotel!! I guarantee you will not regret it!!!!. .

It was good to comfortable and not doing anything. We reserved a room for family it was comfortable room calm We ask for crib for the baby we didn’t got. We reserve all inclusive but we were restricted by the drinks and this is not good and not fair when we ask for drinks the staff look at us like we ask him to give us gold!!!! There is not enough facilities for children We didn’t eat beef most of the food was with beef and also soup we were many families that didn’t eat beef the property should think about to make a food HALAL we eat salad all days and children eat just pizza in snak We got bought food from the supermarket.

Cozy Beachfront Hotel in Ayia Napa. Cozy beachfront hotel in Sandy Bay. Location makes for nice walks and sunshine and sea breeze everyday. Delicious food at Periyiali restaurant. Easy and convenient to book airport transfers and excursions.. Need to walk to the main centre of the town where most restaurants and cafés are- but it is not too far. Late check out even for an hour is chargeable and not complimentary even if the room is available. Lift is slow to come up and most of the times people end up taking the stairs which is fine if you are fit and healthy but might not be practical for elderly guests. The main restaurant, Tiffany, serves dinner from 7 to 9 pm which I think is a too small window and not convenient for guests arriving late at night with night flights..

Disappointing. I have been in Cyprus a few times already and stayed at 5 stars (Grecian Sands) and 3 stars (Anonymous) hotels. This hotel rates as 4 star, but they are very far from 4 stars hotel standards. We chose this hotel, because our friends booked the room there and we wanted to stay at the same hotel with them. The hotel has good facilities and good location, however that's it. The service overall was very poor, starting from our check-in and up to our checkout. There were few kind staff, but overall everyone was just rude and not friendly at all. When we tried to share our feedback as a suggestion to improve things and then we got lashed out by one of the receptionists, she raised her voice and shouted on us like we don't know things. There are people who shouldn't be working at hospitality or in service industry, and it seems that the hotel brought all of them under one roof. As I said there were few friendly persons, but at the hotel it seems that no one was wearing the name badges, so can't be specific, so apologies for those who are actually trying to be nice and kind, despite of being surrounded by bunch of unprofessionals.. .

A nice hotel with a few issues. A very nice hotel in a beautiful location right on the beach literally. The food was good and varied. The things to that spoiled it for us were the bar staff at the pool who were not friendly and the bedding was not changed in our room over the ten days we stayed. The indoor bar was a very welcoming place in contrast to the pool bar. I would not let these things put anyone off going as I said it was a very nice hotel.. .
