Please please please STOP and READ this!!!. I’m writing this review as of our last day staying at Odessa beach hotel! I have travelled (first time) with 2 children (1 year old and 13 year old) without my husband! I just needed a short break! I was slightly concerned to begin with, I had multiple reservations about this trip as obviously travelling with a very young toddler isn’t the smoothest thing! What dan I say: ODESSA HOTEL and all the members there have made our vacation a SUCCESS!!! We had an incredible experience and an amazing absolutely incredible time with them! First of all, I need to mention Koulla who was extremely extremely helpful and welcoming, she allocated us a great room, then Michalis from the restaurant area, always, always made sure we are looked after, Michalis from the bar area was a great person to chat to,…and all the rest of the staff, that I don’t know their names! I am so grateful for their love, care and patience!!! Extremely GRATEFUL! But hear this one out: We fell in LOVE WITH THE FOOD at this hotel! Andreas the big chef he is an absolute legend!!! I’ve never eaten lamb as good as this in my life! The dinners were DIVINE! He is truly talented and oh had the pleasure to meet him up in person!!! THank you for spoiling us with delicious food, Andreas!!! We also fell in LOVE WITH THE BEACH!!! The most gorgeous spot according t on our experience, sandy, gentle, beautiful and only 2 mins away from the hotel! I cannot recommend enough this place for all the right reasons!!! I’ve read reviews about people saying that they weren’t happy with the cleaning! Can I just say my rooms were cleaned even when I was putting a dont disturb sign!!! The sheets were really clean and towels too! Everything was beyond our expectations! Thank you Odessa hotel and all your staff members!!!!!❤️❤️❤️ We CANNOT WAIT to come back again!!! I trike think we have found the family vacation spot for many years to come! Now I realise why people are coming here for years in a roll!!! If you are looking for a family holiday spot to enjoy great food, great beach and great service, Odessa hotel is the one!!! You would not regret it! And by the way, I’m a genuine guest, just sharing my true feelings and experience, as we felt safe, connected, looked after and welcomed! What more can you ask for?!❤️❤️❤️💯💯💯💯. .

Good for a budget break. Cons- Rooms need updating, cleaners did not restock toilet rolls, tea, coffee or towels. Only given 1 pillow each on beds which sink in the middle and smelt dirty. Have to pay extra for the safe even on an AI basis. Shower over bath with little space to turn. Pros- Most staff were really friendly and gave excellent service. Especially David and Rafi at dinner times. Food was good, plenty of choice which included local Cypriot food. We had a nice time for a budget break but will not be returning.. .

Review of Odessa Hotel. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay. The restaurant offered a good variety of food, everything was tasty, and the waiters were extremely kind. The hotel staff were very helpful and always ready to assist whenever we had any issues. However, in our opinion, the hotel feels more like a three-star property rather than a four-star one. Our favourite David from the restaurant :). .

Fantastic stay. Would arguably put this 4.5, pool is really nice, rooms is perfect and modern. Beds aren’t the comfiest but are okay. Food is great quality and plenty of variety. Plenty of sun beds but can imagine in summer it gets busy. Hotel reception and chilling areas very modern and clean. Only issues I would say not to make it 5* are the beds and walls are quite thin, you can hear everything (I was floor 3) and the night entertainment is not the best. Location is great for restaurants and bars. Great stay. Would 100% go back.. .

David and Margot October 2025. The Odessa hotel for us maintained it's excellent standard,this is our 4th year here and food quality produced by Andreas the head chef is fabulous, Michaelis and his team in both restaurants are a credit to the hotel,and if you have special needs prior to arrival Koulla is that person. We are already looking forward to next year with all that Odessa has to offer.. .

Best Cyprus hotel ;). Everybody are so lovely and familiar. Food is perfect everytime and David - the manager is best from best :) he make our holiday everyday better and better. Cheers Radek - czech rep. .

The best hotel in Protaras.. I’ve been visiting this hotel for 5 years in a row, and I’ll definitely keep coming back. As for the staff — everyone is simply amazing, but the best waiter is David. I’ve never seen him without a smile. Many thanks to the entire Odessa team, and a very special thanks to David ❤️ see you again.. .

Brilliant hotel . My husband and I have visited the odessa for a lovely weeks holiday...everything is really good..the food is superb..the staff are all so lovely and will try to do anything you ask of them..the hotel is top class..clean and comfortable..the pool area is lovely and well maintained..we will definitely go back here.. .

Not a 4 star hotel. This Hotel, in our opinion isn't 4 star, more 3. I wouldn't normally leave a review. Reception staff were great on first arrival and helped us to the room. The carpets on Floor 4 have alot of stains on them. Picky I appreciate but this is sold as 4 star. Rooms very spacious and good view and balcony a great size. No light on the balcony. So you sit in the darkness in the evening. Standard - never enough plug sockets. Bathroom is small and the shower wasn't the best. The pool is nice and clean and always sunbeds available. The music around the pool, mostly families or people over 40 was dreadful. The pool is not disabled friendly at all. The extremely low handles to the steps, make it very awkward getting in and out. We felt the outdoor pool grassed area could have looked better maintained. We did visit in Oct so possibly so close to the end of season, they don't bother. Its a perfect easy location to the beach. Where there is a really good prom for wheelchair/prams and buggies. Also perfect access to the Strip where there are plenty of restaurants/bars in close vicinity. The strip is also adapted for wheelchair/buggies too. Food in AL was average but there was always something to eat. Main head Waiters were great in restaurant. Their is a nice outdoor area off the lobby and overlooking the pool. Sadly there are no toilets on this level ..same level as reception. You have to use the lifts down to the lower pool level. Such a shame the Hotel didn't offer any live music there ..or just background music. I don't like to normally leave negative reviews but this is not a 4 star Hotel. We did enjoy our stay though..just believe a few things need addressing.. .

Excellent. Excellent hotel: Good and varied food. Excellent entertainment all day long. Wonderful staff. We'll be back next year and hope everything stays the same!. .
