Nice stay. It’s a lovely hotel, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is good and the bars are nice too. It’s a little out of town so it was mostly peaceful
We had a problem with noise in the room next door and the reception staff happily moved us to another room.
If I had a gripe it would be that the cardio equipment in the gym was a bit ropey.. .

great location amazing staff and facilities. I loved the staff at this hotel. it was my boyfriend’s 60th birthday and they really made it special. the location is great especially for shomer Shabat people since it so close to Chabad. the facilities were very well maintained and the breakfast was good.. we arrived at Ayia Napa at the end of November and almost nothing was opened. we got lucky to find 2 great restaurants that were recommended by the hotel. dinner at the hotel was nothing special..

5yr gap . Long awaited hoilday but worth it .been coming to mermaid for over 30yrs seen lots of changes over the yrs but still top of our list for the cleanest hotel it's got to be 5☆ for that .Food Is really spot on ,breakfast always hot and plenty to choose from .pool area is spotless with plenty of sunbeds but do need more parsols. Hope to return again soon ,missing you all already . .

Lovely stay. Clean rooms, good bed, nice communal areas. 2 minute walk to a lovely beach with good snorkeling. There is quite some street noise so in evening not possible to keep the door open. With the door closed you don't hear anything..

Fab short getaway. The hotel is fantastic, excellent breakfast, super clean and it is just a few steps from gorgeous beach. It’s a bit away from town centre and it is perfect location for those who likes quite and quality time whilst on holiday.. .
