Pleasant. The staff are very friendly and happy to help. The cocktails on the all inclusive package are tasty. The bed was comfortable and the toiletries were nice. The location is the real highlight of this hotel. The hotel advertises that they have air conditioning. It was switched off for the entirety of our stay and due to hotel policy, they would not turn it on as it was winter time. My parents found it difficult to sleep due to the heat on the warmer nights.
The restaurants outside of the main buffet were also closed. The Gyros bar opened on our last day and was delicious, would have loved to have it for the full stay! Breakfast was good, but lunch and dinner were hit and miss.
In low season, there is no entertainment on in the hotel either..

Exceptional. The location is wonderful!! So close to the sea and only 8 minutes from the Tombs of the Kings and 20 min by foot from Near Paphos and other touristic attractions.. I saw the previous comments and I haven't encounter anything that was mentioned negative. Maybe because I stayed in mid March and the weather was absolutely wonderful, with water in the pool warm enough for a bath.

Nice hotel in Paphos. Stayed here for 3 nights, B&B and overall, it went very well.
The room was clean, modern and well kept, with a kettle, safe and balcony. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The WiFi, common areas, pool and nearby beach were all easily accessible.
The hotel is conveniently located, with restaurants and a Lidl in walking distance across the road. It's right next to the Tomb of Kings and about a 20 minute walk to the Kings Avenue Mall. Then, only a further 10 minutes to the harbour.
The breakfast buffet was decent but pretty basic and the same everyday. Like most hotels, the walls and doors were thin, but it wasn't too bad this time of year.
I wouldn't say that it's a 5 star hotel, but it is in very good condition overall and a good choice.. .

There was a bus stop outside that take you to coral bay or in opposite direction to the harbour or shopping area. That the spa was not working.
Breakfast fruits were a bit limited and were repetitive
Maybe some fresh juice would be good.
Not much entertainment only on Saturday night some music..

Perfect week away. The location is perfect with an amazing sea view. A very relaxing stay with direct access to the beach and coastal path. The food was nice and the staff were great. The beach was perfect with amazing daily sunsets.. The room could be hot at times..

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. The room was dirty , there was hair on the floor , one pillow was dirty. We booked 1 large double bed but instead they put us 2 single beds with wheels and it was very difficult to sleep since the bed was moving so we slept only on one ( very exhausting) Bathroom very unclean, had insects running up and down ,telephone shower dirty. Also the A/C made a lot of noise and also took out some dust ( worst experience ever). Definitely not recommended and not a 5 star!!!. .

Great views, private beach, awesome pool. The swimming pool area and private beach were awesome. The head receptionist Ella was super nice, professional and went the extra mile with her recommendations.
Breakfast had quite a load of options. My room was super spacious and had awesome pool and beach views.
We had a great time overall and they even gifted my friend with a champagne bottle for her bday.. One of the receptionists (a woman) was quite rude and had an attitude every time I asked her a question, giving me strange looks as if I was stupid. I mentioned this to one of the other receptionists (a man) to understand whether she was going through something in her personal life because, if I am honest, her customer service was quite blunt (negatively) and unprofessional.
If anything, rooms could be soundproof as the noise (from other guests) in the morning was quite loud.
