Welcome to the trap house!. Wow just wow! I wish I’d read the reviews before booking this trap house! Booked through booking.com and it was nothing like they had advertised! Can’t even be bothered to go in to much detail but if you want a sleepless night due to the room being red hot / hearing prostitutes all night / drugs / doors banging / loud voices then this is the place for you! The tv doesn’t work, aircon doesn’t work, bed like a prison bed, unsafe front door just avoid at all costs!. .

Great hotel. Arrived and our room was ready early, Linda was amazing and helpful.
The room was clean and airy nothing was too much trouble.
The location of the hotel is perfect and very close to all the main attractions.
Would not hesitate booking here again. .

DO NOT STAY AT THE FLORA MARIA HOTEL AYIA NAPA. I booked at The Flora Maria Hotel Ayia Napa in August 2024. However upon my booking I made an error of the date and wanted to reschedule.
The lady I spoke to in charge was extremely rude to me, very unprofessional.
She was not interested in helping me but most of all her manner was extremely rude as if I did something so bad. I would certainly not recommend anyone to stay at this.

Exceptional. After my flight was changed , the staff accommodated me for two extra nights , absolutely fabulous manager Linda could absolutely not fault , very cheap to stay and was ideal for us staying , great location and very good staff x. .
