Excellent Stay at Citi Seasons Hotel Dubai I had a wonderful stay at Citi Seasons Hotel Dubai and would like to appreciate the high level of professionalism maintained throughout the hotel, especially in everyday maintenance and cleanliness. The hotel was consistently clean and well maintained, which made the stay very comfortable. The morning buffet deserves a special mention — there was a wonderful selection of food, and everything served was fresh and delicious with great taste and variety. The staff were extremely friendly, courteous, and efficient, always ready to help with a smile. The room condition was immaculate, well organized, and fully equipped with all necessary amenities, ensuring a pleasant and relaxing stay. Special appreciation to the Reception staff, Joyce and Yamin, for promptly addressing all queries and requests with professionalism and efficiency. Their support truly enhanced the overall experience. Overall, Citi Seasons Hotel Dubai offers excellent service, comfort, and hospitality. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers. Such a great place. Wow what a lovely hotel. Very impressive to say the least. Would love to have my honeymoon here!!! Will return for sure hopefully for a longer time next time.. .

My stay in Dubai. Simply outstanding hotel. Will use it on a regular basis. The location is amazing. Connected to the mall and Metro what more can u ask for.. .

Not bad for the price. For the money I paid, it was ok and the staff friendly. I couldn't eat the breakfast apart from boiled eggs so I moved hotels but paid quite a lot more to move to the hyatt.. .

Best first time experience in Dubai. Had a pleasant stay with City Seasons towers. Best in service and timely responses to all requests. Loved the continental breakfast on all the 5 days. Will definitely come back.. .

Good Hotel at a great location. City Seasons is Well-known for its family-friendly environment and proximity to great restaurants and attractions at a good value. It’s close to both metro and the yas shuttle making it convenient for tourists. I would recommend the hotel for Indians as it has decent vegetarian options. Pavan from the restaurant was very helpful and took very good care of us.. .

609. We were in room 609 and the service was very good. The cleaning was very well done by an employee named Mizan. And the breakfest was good. .

Shady hotel with bathroom room. Bathroom sized Very tiny rooms, noisy in morning, foul smell. No hot water, dirty bedsheet, unhygienic place and leakage everywhere. The staff at reception especially ahmed is rude. They don’t understand your problem they just say subject to availability and hotel policy. So we changed the hotel and they took money for 1 extra night.. .
