Absolutely brilliant and cannot recommend enough!. We stayed in Dukes The Palm for 2 nights and it was absolutely brilliant from the first moment in. We got complimentary upgrade on the room and stayed in 1 bedroom suite with a small balcony. Cleanliness, service and overall experience were amazing!
We also had breakfast included and food was brilliant.
It is just a road crossing away from Nakheel Mall and Aura SkyView Pool which is amazing.
It offers outdoor infinity pool, lazy river and private beach with beach club to enjoy January sun (which, when coming from Ireland means A LOT!!)
Can't recommend this place enough!!!. As this place absolutely exceeded our expectations and everything was brilliant, this is me looking for a hair in the egg. Outdoor pool could use some upgrade (or better to say maintenance) as there were a few broken tiles and similar, which, if you have kids swimming around, might cause small scrapes and cuts and is just not aesthetically pleasing when compared to everything else. Saying that, lazy river was under maintenance and so was a part of sun-lounging area so this might be happening in the near future. Again, didn't bother me, but might bother someone and this is the only "bad" thing I could think of..

An excelent place to feel the holiday mood in a royal atmosphere. Excelent attitude and involvement of the staff. The location and the facilities are top quality even they need some updates.
The breakfest and dinner are awsome. The room we had was a bit noisie probably due to the position and we also didn’t had any view to compensate this at least..
