Very Poor and Corrupt Hotel. I was provided accommodation by Air Arabia due to flight delays. To my surprise, they put me in shared accommodation. Rooms not clean enough. On the way back to airport, again they provide shared car pool.
The manager Sajit and receptionist Javith are ridiculously unmannered and treat Air Arabia passengers very poorly, as if we are staying for free. We have paid for Airlines, and they pay the hotel for the flight delays.
Looks like they are looting from Airlines by providing shared stay and billing them individually.
Add to that food was terrible.. .
