Very bad stay. Nothing. The breakfast was very bad. The food was not available and we request bread, corssant.. etc with no variety of food.
The location of the hotel is far from the city and we spent long time in the car to reach the restaurants and shops and malls..

Ok hotel, quiet position. Bad breakfast and food generally. We stayed here based on reviews, It’s a lovely hotel but sadly looks and feels dated despite being only a few years old.
The rooms are ok if you’re planning on just putting your head down and spending most of your time out and about that area in Dubai. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms clean.
Taxis are readily available and to get to downtown Burj costs around £13/15
You’re close to global village which is worth visiting simply for the scale of what has been created!
The pool area is fantastic and well kept and the spa area inside very clean but even the towels are frayed and need attention.
We had a tour of the stables which was wonderful and the horses are very well looked after. Sadly the hotel needs a bit of an update.. Letting down the hotel is the very poor breakfast, very few items and poor cheap choices and not really worth it.
No salmon, no avocado, poor choices of breads and poor drinks choices that aren’t replenished and limited salads and fruits it’s simply not worth the money for the quality you are receiving. We moved to this hotel from the Waldorf on the Palm and really noticed a huge shift despite them both being 5*
You’re better off not paying for breakfast and downloading one of the many apps to get food delivered and eating in your room or the many seats along the hotel lobby and corridors.
The sports bar is dated with 3 dart boards and a pool table and really bad quality darts that are broken if you want to play, something that could be fixed so easily but the attention to detail is simply not there.
The menu in the sports bar is bizarre and most of the menu deep fried and processed.
We ate onsite in a restaurant called Naas- super food couldn’t fault the service or the fresh food. This is an external company from the hotel but we would go back to eat there again ur was fantastic.
We asked to speak to the manager Lucas who actually despite 2 requests never even checked in with us to have a chat about our concerns. Other staff members were incredibly helpful however but I was shocked that we were there for over a week we didn’t hear from him once..
