Fine, but should be cheaper due to the condition the hotel is in.. Stuff was very friendly. The sea view was pleasant. The hotel is long due renovation. Everything looks old-fashioned and very used. The floors were sticky and felt dirty, the sofa’s wheels are dying, the small round mirror in the bathroom is hardly attached and I’ve seen at least three spiders in our room only. Empty pools and chaos around them looked depressing. But most importantly: no matter for how long we kept the “hot” water running - it was still cold..

Superb. As a local guide I'm using Marica's Boutique Hotel quite often as a pleasant place to chill out and wait for airplanes, guests transfers or simply to recharge my batteries. Strongly recommend to people who are looking for a good rest and exceptional value for money.. .
