I will never come back to this hotel. Nice view to the sea. Cold indoor pool area, not comfortable. Old furniture in the room and in the hotel.

Very good. . Pool closes at 17.00 in the weekend were promoted untill 19.00. Water no so warm.

Definitely not a 4* star Hotel. I stayed at the Aquamare Hotel in Paphos, Cyprus, for one week with a group, and sadly, it was not a good experience. When I arrived, the hotel was nicely decorated with a Christmas tree and festive decorations, which gave a good first impression. However, there was no one at the reception to check me in. I waited for five minutes before another guest told me I needed to knock on the door behind the desk to find the receptionist. This was disappointing for a hotel claiming to be 4 stars. No one apologised, and there was no one to help with luggage or even offer assistance. The rooms are very old, and the walls are thin. You can hear everything happening in the rooms next to and above you, I was only able to sleep 4 hours as the people above were very noisy and kept moving furniture. Next day I asked to change room. Some floors allow smoking, which doesn’t make sense. Even though I was on a non-smoking floor, I could still smell smoke from the floor above. The hairdryer situation was the worst. I didn’t bring my own because I expected a 4-star hotel to have a decent one. Instead, they provide a very old hairdryer, which exploded while I was using it, sending out smoke. When I called reception, the receptionist said they would call maintenance. I asked for a spare hairdryer so I could dry my hair, but she said they didn’t have one and told me to go to the gym five floors down to dry my hair there! What a 4 star!!? Maintenance never arrived, and I had to remind the staff at reception. Still, there was no apology or sympathy. They really didn’t care at all. The receptionists often ignored me if I approached the desk to ask something while talking to each other, of course their conversation is much more important than provide customer service! They only seemed polite when our tour representative was nearby. This kind of behaviour shows a lack of customer service. Really bad! One positive part of my stay was the breakfast chefs , gym staff and Spa staff. They were polite, smiled, and tried to help whenever I needed something. Overall, this hotel is not 4-star quality! It’s more like a 2- or 3-star . The hotel is also far from the Harbour and shops. I was very disappointed with my stay and would not recommend this hotel to anyone, its old!!. I definitely won’t be staying there again.. .

Exceptional. Breakfast was excellent with enough variety to enjoy different things each day for a week. Nice outside pool/beach bar area where you can enjoy a light lunch, drink or coffee. They also have a restaurant for dinner where the chef is fantastic, we decided to eat there 3 nights.. Reading lamp at bedside was insufficient for reading a book..

Nice and comfortable stay!. Nice location and very clean.. Toilet doorknob was broken.

Best experience with my family. I had come to stay here with family, I’m giving the Aquamare hotel 4/5 stars from my own personal experience..but overall I had a great time staying here. Staff were lovely and really welcoming, With the aquamare Hotel there was never a dull moment and lots of activities to do here, also the location of this hotel is excellent, if you choose to venture out to explore everything Cyprus has to offer, i will definitely be visiting again in 2027 but not at the same hotel unfortunately a change is needed, but I highly recommend this hotel, it’s especially great if you don’t have children.. .

Fab place. Really enjoyed our stay..Valentine..Valisi reception and Nick in the bar Marina and Maia in the breakfast room are all exceptional and very friendly!,…food very good. ONLY DOWNSIDE GET TOILETS INSTALLED ON GROUND FLOOR LEVEL! I can understand what other posts mean when they say the staff look miserable some staff need some customer facing improvement training and soon ! Smile it doesn’t costs you anything…make a video of Vasili greeting you every time you pass through reception…5*. .
