Very good. I like the hotel, but not the beach.. Beach, also couldn’t get soft drink of my choice at breakfast. I was told - bar is closed until 10am. Also last day due to an early flight we asked for breakfast in a carry bag, but there was no effort to accommodate..

It was basic and not a 4 Star experience.. Some members of staff were kind and nice. The foyer was clean and looked tidy. The pool area was nice and with striking views. All in all, ok as an experience.. When we arrived to check in, at reception desk they were kind and smiley, but I was asked to pay for the booking. I looked at the receptionist and said I have paid already. But as the doubt was placed into me, I said will check my booking App to confirm. Indeed I have paid weeks before the actual date of booking. I was made to feel bad, as if I did not pay, I feel the staff should have acted in a more diplomatic way and not make me and my guest feel fraud or something. They then went in the back and confirmed that was needed paid and Booking.com was late to pay.
The breakfast was ok. It had a variety of food. However, my guest has a series of allergies and intolerances. We emailed the hotel prior to our arrival, and hey confirmed there is a variety of choice and food has labels on it. However, our lived experience was that not all food was labelled. We had to ask for advice regarding ingredients in certain foods. Plus, on 2 occasions there was no margarine in the food hall, and we had to ask for it several times until was brought in the food hall. That was disappointing.
Also during breakfast one morning, no one was at the door to greet the guests. After looking around and not locating any staff, we decided to go to find a table. All of the sudden one members of staff showed up and came towards us, took us back to the entrance and pointed at us the sign saying Wait to be Seated. The way was done was patronising and rude. Very unpleasant experience.
During breakfast, but mainly during our only dinner we decided to have at the hotel, we felt uncomfortable. During our stay in the food hall, several times we noticed staff members staring at us and feeling on rush to take our plates. During dinner was the pinnacle: while still eating, while still having food on my plate a member of staff came over to the table and attempted to take the plate with food. Very rude and destroyed our experience of having dinner in peace. We did not enjoyed the rest of the evening..

Exceptional. Adult only and variety of pool areas to lounge.
All the staff were very friendly and efficient.. Sunbed holding from 7am with towels placed and beds not used for up to 4 hours later..
