I’m all ready booking up for next year and bringing all our friends and family. it was spotless the staff were super friendly and so helpful nothing was a problem they even helped us book the beach and transports nothing was to much hassle. I honestly loved everything you could not fault it.

Good. Able to accommodate family members with an extra bed in a room. Proximity to beautiful beach via shuttle.. The food area cleanliness needs improvement as well as the quality of dinner meals. There was a pasta show but no meat was included in pasta. There was no Chinese food show as mentioned in hotel handout. The meat dishes in the buffet were chewy. The bed mattress was rock hard and bed didn't have a comforter but only a thin sheet which made sleeping really uncomfortable at night especially with the AC on. I was able to find a blanket in the closet but it didn't look like it had been washed in a while. The shuttle to the beach at 11 am and return at 5 pm was good but I wish it had more trips to return to the hotel for lunch. The way the times are set you end up having to buy expensive lunches at the beach. If you need anything you'll have to go to the front desk as there isn't enough staff to service the guests. There are a lot of mosquitoes, especially in the dinning and pool table area..

Enjoyed our 3 days there. Location was great. Staff very polite and helpful.. Music round the main pool was very loud in the afternoon. Background music would have been better.
