Was a horrible experience.. Location and view.. The property is a 3 star rated premise at best. The room smelt bad we changed twice and the staff seemed disorientated and unorganized on the night. We were forced to pay an extra AED700 per person for a gala dinner that we were not attending or risk losing our booking which was paid in full. Staff were unwilling to support and kept insisting this was hotels policy and I would loose my payment. So we went ahead with the booking attended. First room was on a lower floor, was full of smoke and smelt like BBQ. 2nd room we moved to was a higher floor but had a wet damp odor in the room and we had to take two single beds as there were no other rooms a with a queen/ king bed..
