Great, but not perfect.. Luxurious entrance and helpful, friendly staff. Impressive breakfast buffet with plenty of vegetarian options. Lovely sea view from the bedroom, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Large shower which was good, and fun having 24/7 room service. Nice grounds, with plenty of areas to sit. The gym and sauna were good as well. Everything was very clean and the atmosphere was peaceful.. There was no bath in our room which I was sad about (my fault - although the photos all looked so similar when I was booking). There was also no dinner buffet open when we were there which was really disappointing - I feel like they should have mentioned this upfront. There were other restaurants open, but for the same price as a buffet, I feel like they were much worse value for money. One of the pool areas was also closed which was a shame as it was where the breakfast buffet overlooked. Very friendly staff, although when we rang up asking for extra water bottles they said we had to pay for it, which seemed a bit stingy for a 5*..

Exceptional. Great staff, especially Bill, Dana and Espaniola. Lovely stay as always. Will definitely return.. The room service isn't that great. Have tried on 2 separate stays and not overly impressed. Not a big deal because there are many fantastic restaurants on site..

Pearl at the Seaside for business and relax. The hotel is very luxurious, cosy and clean! The gym is great and all the restaurants offer amazing food. The rooms are great, very spacious, clean and with comfortable beds. The Lobby bar is quite comfortable, the terrace is great. The view is amazing!. .

Good dinner, great service. Delicious food, great service from Swapnil and the team! Chef Ian makes tasty sushi rolls! Had the veggie salad (healthy option not oily) and 3 different sushi rolls. Everything was tasty. Food and drinks were quick to table. Service was attentive but not intrusive from all the staff and manager. Will be back. .
