Never come and not recommended. Only location. The issues I faced during my stay were due to poor service from the reception staff and housekeeping team. The reception staff, particularly Amran, were unprofessional and rude. When I spoke to him on the phone regarding a payment of 100 AED, he shouted at me instead of resolving the issue calmly. I requested a payment link, but he claimed the reception team was unavailable and refused to assist. When I offered to pay in person the next morning, he continued to raise his voice.
Additionally, the reception was unresponsive to guest requests. For example, I called four times to request an iron, but it was never delivered. Despite initially expecting a pleasant experience at the hotel, my stay turned out to be very disappointing, and I regret choosing this property..

Second time staying here. The staff are friendly as usual, very attentive, never dismissive. Not my first time staying here and definitely not my last.. Lack of control over the lighting in the room, it's either too bright when on or too dark when off, it's just one wall switch for the whole room's lighting..

Very good. beds, location, room size. The room service has accused us of taking their cups and glasses, but it seems they didn’t check if everything was in place after the previous guests.
