Nice vibe and eye catchy. Place is a true retreat! It’s like an art hotel with lots of handcrafted decorations that look very cool. Its placement and territory is fairy-tale like. Staff is exceptional. Rooms are clean. There are bathrobes, and lots of little and significant pleasant surprises. However, sometimes decorative elements steal from comfort and i strongly dislike that. For example, hanging pillows as a headboard shortened the bed and your feet are in the air at night. Mattress was too soft. This hotel featured the worst hair dryer I’ve ever seen and cost of this essential item is peanuts and loss is bad guest experience. It lacked adapter and you have to call or go to the reception to get that. This is the worst decision for hotel management. Hotel is a place where you essentially : 1. Sleep 2. Take shower 3. Use toilet. Al the rest is optional. If a hotel messes up any of these bullets, it can’t be 10/10. However, the overall experience was somewhat magical and i would love to give this place another chance.. .
