Very good. We liked very much the breakfast option, there was a good variety of food also possibility to have a freshly made omelete/egs. We loved pool area and cabanas.
The staff at pool bar was lovely, they took a good care of us.. During our stay the hotel was short staffed in housekeeping, which we felt, because the room was cleaned way later than usual, 2 days in a row we only asked for new towels and no cleaning at all because we would have to wait even more until somebody would clean it, plus we were already upset about that. We would appreciate if hotel would do something about that. We understand, but also on the other hand we paid enough money to receive the services we paid for..

Excellent best hotel and views in Ayia Napa. We loved the private pool and sky view lounge on 4th floor. This made it a perfect honeymoon. Everything closed a little to early on our arrival but the staff were great and provided lunch by the pool.

- Very good breakfast. - Due to change in plans we contacted the hotel and asked if we could come earlier and eat breakfast that day, the answer was "Yes of course". When we arrived we were told we can stay for breakfast at extra charge, I showed the receptionist the message exchange and she admitted the staff wasn't clear but that it's my fault because "I should have asked". I pointed out that any hotel accepts external guests for meals, it is obvious and there is no need to write to ask that. She agreed but the manager still said that it's not their fault and we'd have to pay. So instead of paying a couple of euros for eggs and bread spreads, they started off with 2 unhappy costumers. They could have told me breakfast has an extra charge and that's it.
- When we booked I sent a message via Booking asking for the possibility of a quiet room. I received a generic message on the lines of it is possible, according to availability. When we arrived no one knew about the request and told us most rooms face the main street, and only one room on the other side is available, at extra cost.
- The ipad in the room didn't work and some of the room functions can be booked via the ipad only. Initially we were told they will replace it. The morning after again no one knew about it, they said they cannot replace it but can charge it. We were told it was charged and ready in our room but it wasn't, at reception again they didn't know what the problem was. In the end the docking station of it didn't work, all that is needed was a working charger (but many people write the ipads don't work, so the Hotel probably knows about this and simply refuses to buy new docking stations/fix the problem for good).
- Clicking noise from the AC (even when the AC is off) - technician came to fix it, but the noise remained and again we were told we cannot change room as no rooms are available, nor were we offered another solution..
