Good hotel. Total Bliss – Didn’t Want to Leave!” “My partner and I came here for a little getaway, and wow, it was exactly what we needed. The pool area was so chill and relaxing, and the spa treatment I got was just-heavenly. Honestly, every single person working there seemed genuinely happy to help – they really went the extra mile to make us feel pampered. Little touches, . We’re already daydreaming about our next visit. Truly a wonderful escape.”. .

Terrible. A Complete Disappointment! An Hotel to Avoid at All Costs
I never expected to encounter such terrible service. Let me start with the rooms — they are in a nightmarish state. Dirt everywhere: layers of dust, dirty plumbing fixtures, strange stains in the corners. Cleaning is just a joke. During my 7-day stay, they never properly mopped the floors. They change towels formally, but they are still dirty and grimy.
The bed linen is beyond unacceptable — yellow stains, pills, the feeling that they just rinsed it in water without proper washing. Towels are the same — gray, with stains, unpleasant to even touch.
The staff at the reception is a whole different story. Rudeness and complete disregard for guests. They react to requests with displeasure, as if you are distracting them from important matters. Once I asked to replace a dirty towel, and they were rude to me in response!
The food is a complete disaster. The meals are tasteless, bland, monotonous. The same dishes every day, no variety. The restaurant has dirty dishes, waiters are in no hurry to clear the tables.
I do not recommend this hotel to anyone! For such money, you can find a place that is much better. Here you will only ruin your vacation.
Rating: 1 out of 5. Run away from here as fast as you can!. .

One star because ZERO isn't an option.. I've never left a bad hotel review and always take cheap all inclusive holidays as I find them, cheap and cheerful.
This however was a whole different experience!
Word of the Holiday was "Finished".... what this meant is that everything you hoped to get was finished as they basically were closing for the season around us!
Day 1 - We asked where the entertainment schedule was..... "Sorry, entertainment Finished"
Although the entertainment staff kept themselves busy, mainly serving drinks to underage girls and flirting with them!
"Coffee Finished"
"Beach Bar Finished"
Day 2 - No butter for the bread.... "Butter Finished"
Day 2 - Could I have a Raki please
"No Raki, Raki Finiashed"
The bar had Gin, Vodka and one Beer, that was it for 10 days, no other choice of spirits at all.
You're getting the picture here! As the week went on the basically started packing up around us. Sunloungers getting carted off, cushions for sesting getting packed away, tables and chairs disappeared around us as we ate!
Well I say as we ate, we didn't eat much as they stopped cooking on about day 5 of our 10 day trip and just kept putting out the exact same food...... on day 8 they gave up heating it up at all!
Now I fully accept it was end of season but this was ridiculous!
This culminated in us sat at the pool on our last day, we weren't leaving until 7pm........
"Drinks Finished, food Finished, staff Finished" They offered us nothing at all to eat or drink, they just said "Finished". The staff even joked that they were happy to be getting out of the place, happy to never return.
And so it came that we spent a full day of our holiday, sat by the pool on the last 8 sunloungers still available, eating crisps and drinking cold cand of beer from the shop down the road!
Everything else had gone!
I hate complaining, it's just not British but this experience was dire, the absolute worst holiday I've ever had.
That said, I love the area, rooms were acceptable and the beach was OK.. .

A big let down. I stayed here for 11 days with my family and partner this included my sisters young children as well. On a whole I would say this hotel was not worth the money, from what I gathered as we went at the end of the season the hotel workers had given up this is not okay as we all payed an all inclusive price and we was not getting what we payed for! On arrival there was helpful people at reception very friendly and helpful they took our bags to our room however didn’t speak much English at all so communication was difficult, my sisters family and my parents rooms were very nice and big with very good balcony and nice views however work was needed to be done to both rooms which was a health and safety concern. However mine and my partners room was disappointing it was fairly small and it smelt very bad our view was about 50 bin bags full of rubbish I’m aware I didn’t pay for a sea view but I did not expect rubbish for my view. The landscape of the hotel grounds was very pretty and did have the holiday vibe but the lack of entertainment really let it down the music they played throughout the day and evening was all Turkish it was hard to make your own fun when you don’t even know any of the songs being played. When it came to food and drink it was a big let down none of the staff new how to make a cocktail when you asked for one it was random things put in a cup that tasted awful, the only alcoholic drinks available was gin and vodka. The food was clearly reused day after day sometime what was served for dinner would then be served for breakfast the next morning there was little food that looked appealing we mostly lived of bread yet there was never any butter. If you are looking at coming here and have children their safety in the pool will not be considered as the life guards was flipping into the pool and messing around with the animation team not paying attention at all to those in the pool. The water slides was one of the best things in this hotel my family had lots of fun on these as well as in the sea. Some bars that are meant to be open was all closed on the complex my family was one of the only English ones there and the hotel was dead most days. Outside the hotel is a supermarket which was useful as we ended up buying food from there most days and nights however there is not my souvenirs on offer at all even in the shop in the hotel thinhs was very limited. There was water sports on site on the beach however the prices was extortionate. I believe this hotel could have so much potential if the food was better and it actually had entertainment weather it’s the end of the season or not they should not be false advertising what’s on offer.
I was disappointed with my stay here as well as my family I don’t think I see one maid working my room was cleaning once to a very low standard and I got given no clean towels my sister who had a baby didn’t get her room cleaned even after complaining it still took a very long time so she ended up having to empty her own bins.
Our stay was poor and I wouldn’t recommend staying here especially at the end of a season other family’s we see was also unsatisfied with their stay.
However my family looked on the positive side and we made our own fun.
I will attach some photos of the nice moments we had. .

False advertisement, do not be fooled.. I travelled here with my family including young children. I want to start of by saying we was worried about coming here because of the recent reviews and we was very close to changing hotels, and lets just say we wish we did.
First of all i want to talk about the false advertisement online about "Entertainment", there was none! Every single day there was banging music around the pool which we don't mind as it brings the holiday vibes, but unfortunately it was all pure Turkish music and the same songs over and over again, there was no English. Regarding the entertainment it was non existent, every night we sat by the pool hoping something exciting would happen, but it just insisted on watching the manager of the entertainment lap around a holiday maker, flirting and making it all about her, the rest of us holiday makers didn't matter, unless you was Turkish and enjoyed the music. On day two the hot drinks machine ran out of hot chocolate, when we asked if it could be topped up, the only thing they would say would be "Finished", this also happened with other all inclusive food and drinks (vodka, butter, pepsi etc).
I complained at reception of the lack of choice, and the snack bar closing and things running out and not being topped up, and they responded with "its end of season, everything finished". Which i find is very disappointing bare in mind you've paid for all inclusive.
The rooms were quite nice, we had a very large room facing the sea, with two bedrooms and a lounge area with 3 balconies; unfortunately all need major refurbishments, we had skirting board half on and off, and the laminate flooring was caved in, cracked and had holes, but they were somewhat cleaned by maids. A few times we had to contact reception as we didn't have fresh towels or little to non bedding, or bins weren't emptied. My family who had a different room to us had the ceiling leaking all on their bed, we contacted reception and all they did was wipe it clean and covered it with filler. My other family member who had a smaller room on the other side of the hotel had to complain as when they woke up in the morning their view was of about 100 bin bags and had a awful stench. When they complained to reception they tried to argue that there was no smell, but clearly there was and it was bad! When we saw the maids they were friendly but did not speak much English at all, and to be honest the rooms were cleaned to a low standard and resulted in us having to clean things ourselves.
On arrival we had a gentleman who fetched our bags and took them to our room, who was helpful and kind. There wasn't trouble getting beds, if anything the hotel was just dead.
There are stray cats and dogs which is so sad to see, i spent most of my time feeding them all, they were all very friendly. The bar staff was friendly but the choice of drinks were appalling unless you like Pepsi, Vodka or lager. No staff knew how to make a cocktail, and when you would ask for one it was just a major concoction of anything they had there at the time.
The food was very very poor for a 4 star. It was freezing cold all the time, every single day was the same and it was all food that we do not eat being English. It consisted on this black looking meat which was apparently Turkey? There was trays of food which literally looked like a pile of seaweed. Every night was mash, rice, pitta bread, and some sort of meat on the bone which did not look appetizing. If things weren't eaten at lunch, it was just reheated and put back out. When the snack bar was actually open, they served chips, salad, burgers and onion rings, we survived of that as everything else was just so poor. When we did manage to see another English family, they were also complaining about the food.
The water slides were open for a couple hours in the morning and a couple of hours in the afternoon, we had lots of fun on these. The beach was nice with two different jetties to be able to swim from and also a jetty in the middle to swim too and jump from which was fun. The sea has a hell of a lot of seaweed and quite a few random things in it such as rope and bricks? There is water sports on site which is astronomical prices.
There was nothing to do outside the hotel, no tourist shops or restaurants. There is only a supermarket opposite the hotel which is sort of like an Aldi in the Uk. You can find mostly everything you need. If you want to go shopping or go into the towns then you will need to book a taxi which isn't cheap and can be anywhere from £24 to £40 each way.
There is a little shop on site which we fount handy for essentials, and i must add the man who owns it is absolutely lovely and generous. If it wasn't for him we would have been stuck quite a few times, so a big shout out to him.
If you have a late flight home like us, you are not allowed to keep your room, even if your disabled or have a baby. We was told no, even though the hotel was literally dead and there was no new arrivals. We fount a shower room down by the sea which we planned to use to get showered and dressed ready to go home in but when we got in there it was dirty and no hot water at all!!! So we had to travel home without able to even freshen up before hand.
The hotel advertises different restaurants, bars, a launderettes to use, this is false. The other bars were all shut, the restaurants were just empty rooms, and the launderettes is non existent, we put our dirty clothes into the bag for them to take every day and they did not, and when we asked they just said no.
We as a family feel like this hotel is defiantly not a 4 star, more like a 2 star. They should not advertise these facilities if they can not cater for them, we feel a bit ripped off and wish we had booked elsewhere. Whether its coming to the end of the season or not they shouldn't be shutting things down and not restocking on items because they will be closing in 4 weeks time. The hotel is very self centered and cares more about the cost of things then they do their customers which is appalling. Some of the staff we fount to be very lazy, they just was sitting around on their phones, and when we would ask for something it would be a straight no.
Unfortunately the whole holiday was a bit of a shambles, but we made our own fun and memories, but we will defiantly not be returning.. .

OK but wouldn't return.. I'll start off by saying that I was dreading coming here because of the awful reviews but although its not perfect it was OK for what we paid and we had a nice holiday. We did a private transfer through OTB which all went smoothly. Check in at the hotel was easy and fairly quick. Had to wait about 20 minutes for our room key. We had a huge room with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and living area and 3 balconies. It is a bit tired and dated but perfectly clean and we had maid service and fresh towels and bottles of water everyday. The WiFi worked to start with but then just stopped but we had unlimited data hot spots so just used that. The staff are constantly cleaning the pool areas & restaurant & communal facilities so no complaints there. There were only a few members of staff that spoke English well enough to have a conversation. 2 of the reception staff were very friendly & helpful and Berk from the entertainment team was lovely and played cards with us one evening. Most of the staff smiled and said hello if you walked past. We found some of the bar staff quite unhelpful and can only put that down to us being English as there was a few times when we were being served and they would stop before we were finished and move onto someone else so that was rather offputting.
The pool area & beach were lovely. We never had an issue getting sunbeds although that might be a different story during school holidays. Pools were cold but lovely once you were in. The kids enjoyed the water slides so nice to have those as an option. One thing that was really annoying was the horrendously loud music they play by the pool. Not sure why it is so loud but you couldnt sit anywhere near the speakers or you would be deafened. There is a shop on site to purchase inflatables for the pool & suncream etc. There is also a little supermarket over the road from the hotel where we bought snacks for the hotel room.
The all inclusive drinks were nothing special. Only spirits on offer were gin & vodka. We tried the cocktails a couple of times but they weren't that enjoyable. A couple of times they ran out of Fanta & Pepsi at the bar which was frustrating.
The food in the most part was ok. Breakfast was the worst meal. Aside from a couple of days where they served pancakes we generally just ate bread & butter. They had eggs a few times but they were always cold & the rest was traditionally Turkish but looked very unappetising. There is a snack bar open from 12-5pm by the pool area which we used for lunch. This was great. They served burgers, fries, salad, chicken & pasta. Sometimes it was a bit cold but they added fresh stuff throughout the afternoon. They then have a cake & tea hour at 4.30pm each day which was lovely. Dinner was ok in the most part. If you have fussy kids then it's definitely not ideal which unfortunately we did but they didn't starve. They always found something to eat. There was an outdoor grill each evening which served the best options.
There is absolutely nothing to do around the hotel. Even walking into Yalikavak is a 30 minute walk. We went into Bodrum one day and took taxis which was about £20 each way. The only other alternative is 2 buses. It was a nice day out, we did some shopping and had lunch but felt we were ripped off by one of the shops, probably because we were English, as they advised us on the sizing for my nephews football shirt and then when we got back and he tried it on it was way too small. Definitely don't be pressured into buying the first items you come across as we spent £200 on 4 football shirts and a bag in the first shop we went in and then found another shop where we spent £35 on 3 football shirts 🤦♀️🤦♀️. We had lunch by the marina which was lovely but it cost over £200 for 7 of us which seems extortionate so again be very careful about checking for prices and checking your bill as they seem so friendly but when it comes to paying they do it all very quickly and don't give you the opportunity to check anything.
Overall we had a nice time but it's not a place I would come back to.. .

UTTERLY DREADFUL AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!. The whole experience of staying at this hotel was dreadful firstly got there to find no towels in the room telling us we had to wait until 5pm the next day to have a shower, (this was the same in all 3 rooms we had booked) baring in mind we had a night flight! Finally came to have a shower the shower head was spraying water everywhere and the seals had broke on the shower screen so it flooded the room!
The “bar” well if you can call it a bar! Again, utterly dreadful if you want beer, gin, or vodka you’ll be ok no wine AT ALL! If caught even laughing at the inside bar you’ll be told to be quiet!!! 🙈
The food well good lord it’s like pigs around a trough there is literally NO English food!! Not even a toaster to have toast and butter, ALL the hot food is served stone cold! No surfaces cleaned, utensils filthy! It was actually that bad we have ate out every single day for every single meal!!!! It’s actually cost us a fortune!
Be careful if you sunbath on the wooden decking over the sea as this is all rotting and in patches ready to drop through!
The outside bar and seating area is filthy rubbish and cups blowing everywhere and the dreadful music is bang, bang, boom all day long! There is no tranquility!!
A positive from me is the air con in the rooms is very good!
Very disappointed as the pictures look fantastic but this is a true review of our stay at the hotel!!. .

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in absolutely terrible. AVOID PLEASE ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE !!!!PLEASE AVOID!!! 5 of us stayed here, 3 rooms between us our flight was at night we asked if we could pay to keep one of the rooms on so we could all shower etc but was told NO!! “ There is no availability for you”, really there are hundreds of rooms in this hotel and the hotel was not that busy where they could not be one room available. This hotel is definitely not a 4 star I wouldn’t say it was even a 2 star it needs a refurbishment desperately, the food is TERRIBLE!! we were all inclusive we did not eat once in the hotel, we looked in the restaurant and it was like a feeding frenzy the snack bar was no better, COLD burgers. soggy fries, and onion rings, with dried up bread the only alcoholic drinks they serve are their own branded vodka, gin or beer that is it and that is if they have any left, no wine or other spirits nothing else so if you don’t like any of these then like us you will have to go out to the bars, which are fab by the way, the non alcoholic drinks are watered down so not even a Pepsi or Fanta very poor quality, we didn’t get any towels to shower with for 2 days we were constantly asking for them the staff are very rude, if I could give zero stars for this hotel then I would, it’s about 25 minute walk into the main part where the bars and restaurants are which are very nice with lovely friendly staff. Good luck if your unfortunate enough to stay here 😞😞😞😞😞. .

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!! If you’re English, expect to eat out all week as the food is nothing short of DISGUSTING!! There is next to no choice & everything is cold! There isn’t even a toaster!! The music around the pool is awful & there is no entertainment. The drinks choices are shocking. We asked several times for a late checkout on one of the three rooms we have in the hotel as our flight home isn’t until 11pm, we were told on the day it wasn’t possible! I don’t understand why as the hotel is most definitely NOT fully booked. Staff are rude ignorant and unhelpful & the hotel is NOT clean. .

Honest feedback. I would like to start by saying that I would like to award this hotel a 3.5/5 as opposed to a 3 but that isn't an option.
My mum and I booked this hotel via Love Holidays and whilst the flights and the transfer (own private transfer) were smooth and transactional, on arrival to the hotel it was evident that it was all a bit disorganised. We arrived at around 1530 and had to chase a couple of times to see whether our rooms were ready, on receipt of our room keys we were placed in the Annex rooms which on first inspection looked okay but on closer inspection there were some areas that needed addressing in terms of general maintenance and cleanliness but nothing that warranted a room change. My mum however did have to chase multiple times to have her safe re-coded and her fridge also didn't work (it was boiling hot). It took well over 24 hours for the safe to be rectified and as for the fridge, we just gave up as the fridge in my room worked so we just used that for the both of us. Our main issue were that some of the staff were rude and borderline ignorant and whilst some of them didn't speak English which I don't expect being that we are in Turkey, a simple smile, hello or even a gesture goes a long way. I even tried saying morning, hello, thank-you and please in Turkish but some of the staff just look at you like you have two heads without so much as an acknowledgment. I also found the staff to be quite lazy and lacked personal hygiene, some of the areas around the pool/beach could have been so much cleaner but instead staff were seen to be sat around on their phones doing next to nothing - it seems there was a lack of pride for where they work and live.
As a vegetarian the food choices were limited but I love salad so this really wasn't too much of a problem, my mum did however witness one of the chefs (outside cooking area) handle raw chicken with gloves on and then went to serve some cooked food without changing gloves/washing hands. This didn't really come as a surprise to me as I do feel that some of the staff lack basic food/personal hygiene and this definitely needs to be addressed.
The hotel itself was quite polarising, some areas were beautiful and very clean and tidy and other areas were in desperate need of attention and updating.
The pool and the private beach are definitely this hotels USP, and whilst the areas could have been better maintained, having a beachfront hotel is just fabulous.
Another positive are the facilities, having its own little aquapark (a few decent slides), a children's play area (both in water and land), ample sunbeds and its own amphitheatre with some great entertainment for all, it really was a nice place to be. Sadly, I don't think we will return purely based on the fact that we didn't have the most positive welcome from most of the staff, there were some exceptions of course but I do feel that friendly and welcoming staff can make or break your holiday experience. On speaking with our Love Holidays rep, he did inform us that the hotel was more popular with Turkish nationals as opposed to British nationals which was evident from our stay so perhaps this is why most the staff lacked basic English.. .
