Nice hotel with some remarks. We were travelling with a 2y old. To be honest, it is not a childfriendly hotel.
The water in the pools was cold especially for the baby. No kids entertainment or special baby food.
We had a room with a door inside. I'd say it would have been for connecting rooms if you wish. From that neighbours we could hear everything. They were listening to music and talking very loud. It was difficult to put our baby to sleep.
As it was my birthday, they offered us a bottle of wine and a cake. Very nice gesture!
The food was very good, but the breakfast was not changing at all. Every day the same.
The dinner on the other hand, was just awesome. So many delicious dishes and the desserts were great!!! But we had to pay an extra 38€/person/dinner as it was not included in our package.
I'd recommend the hotel mostly for single couples as it provides a relaxing atmosphere.. .

Definitely not a 5 star hotel.. This definitely isn’t a 5-star place—it’s more like a 3-star or maybe a basic 4-star at best. For a hotel that’s supposed to be top-tier, there were some pretty basic things missing, like toothbrushes and toothpaste, which you’d expect to find in any hotel.
The spa was another letdown. The space between the saunas looked more like a small lake than a relaxation area, which made it kind of awkward. And as for slippers, there weren’t any extra ones available, which is something you usually get in a 5-star hotel. You can request them from the reception, but it just felt like a hassle. The shampoo was a 5-in-1 that was really low quality—it made our hands feel super dry, and the body lotion was from the same cheap brand, so that didn’t help much either.
The bathroom was outdated, and some of the towels had dirty spots on them. Definitely not the level of cleanliness you expect from a 5-star hotel. The carpets in the hallways were stained and worn out, so it’s clear the place could really use some repairs and updates.
On a positive note, the cleaning staff was really friendly, and the rest of the hotel staff were great too—super helpful and nice. Plus, the breakfast was a highlight! It was delicious, and there was a really good variety of meals to choose from, so that was definitely a nice touch.
Unfortunately, though, the hotel just didn’t live up to the hype, and I’d say it’s definitely overrated for what you’re paying.. .
