I had a nice meal in the lobby lounge with great service from the Indonesian manager. The male housekeeping staff did not respect the privacy sign and tried to enter the room - once when I was inside the room and once when I was not in the room. This is a serious matter that needs to be looked into and they need to be better trained.
Secondly- this hotel had one of the most chaotic breakfast scenes and the hostesses were rude and couldn’t care about getting guests a table..

Excellent stay for someone who wants to use the place as a base to explore the city. Room was great, good for working and rest. Bathroom also was good. Staff was always friendly and supportive and all my question were answered quickly.. The light was far too dim for work. Eventually I had to ask the hotel to change bulbs and when this did not help I have a desk lamp delivered..
