What a nice hotel. Excellent hotel, located seven minutes walk from the Dubai Mall metro station. Staff were really helpful, room was of a generous size and having a shopping mall incorporated in the hotel was very helpful. Even though our room was road facing we experienced no noise. Indeed we had a good view of the Burj. We’d throughly recommend the Leva and will happily rebook when we are back in Dubai.. .

Very friendly and helpful team. This is a 4-star hotel, and overall I had a pleasant stay. The hotel is located inside a shopping mall, which is very convenient, especially in Dubai. The hotel offers a gym and a shuttle service to the beach and Dubai Mall, which is a nice bonus. The room is not brand new, but it has everything you need. What I really appreciated is a proper refrigerator with a freezer, not just a minibar. There were also tea-making facilities and air conditioning — everything worked perfectly. The staff truly stood out. I arrived during a very busy period over Christmas, with many check-ins and check-outs, but despite this, everyone was smiling and welcoming. I would especially like to thank Emerdrix and Mustafa — they were extremely polite, helpful, and always happy to assist or give advice. I would also like to mention the bellboy Rıyas— he was very polite, and professional. I am very grateful to the team; they really made my stay more enjoyable. The location is very good. City Walk is nearby, Dubai Mall is not far, and the metro station is also close, which makes getting around easy. One small note: the room could benefit from a light renovation. In a few places the paint was peeling, and some light switches were slightly misaligned. Nothing critical, but refreshing the rooms would make the stay even better. Overall, a good hotel with a great team and a convenient location.. .

Love LEVA in Dubai!. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This was my third stay at LEVA Hotel, Dubai, and once again it didn’t disappoint. The location is absolutely fantastic - within walking distance of Dubai Mall and the Burj Khalifa, and just a short walk to Burj Khalifa Metro Station, which is the easiest way to access the mall and wider city. The hotel is conveniently located in the same building as the Mazaya Centre Mall, which is a real bonus. There’s a brilliant shop accessible directly from the hotel lobby that sells every type of Dubai chocolate and souvenirs you could ever want - perfect for last-minute gifts. What really makes this hotel stand out, though, is the staff. Kalyan, the porter, was outstanding - friendly, helpful, and always welcoming. Yin Yin on reception was equally fantastic: professional, warm, and incredibly efficient, making check-in and the overall stay completely seamless. It’s clear why I keep coming back. Great location, excellent facilities, and truly exceptional service. I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next visit to Dubai.. .

Good Stay. Stayed here for 4 days. Got picked up n dropped off by Riyas from airport who is very friendly and helpful. Shared local knowledge. Hotel rooms are of decent quality n size. Only thingI had trouble with is the air conditioning, it wasn’t cold enough for me. Guess that could be the case everywhere in Dubai.. .

Leva hotel experience. My husband and I stayed at Leva Hotel for one week. This is a great place to stay! Excellent location with the metro only 5 minutes walk away. The hotel staff have been great and very friendly! And many thanks to Rumesh who has been great! Rumesh done a great job providing housekeeping. He provided excellent service and always asked if we need anything! Many thanks to Rumesh and all the Leva staff.. .

Perfect location. As we had an event at the Coca Cola arena, location was perfect. Stores and food nearby and affordable. Walkable distance to Dubai mall… In a nutshell; It is very convenient, rooms are big, very great value for the money. And cherry on top, service is incredible.. .

Friendly and helpful staff, especially Mr. Riyaz, who was extremely supportive with directions and transportation.. Very pleasant stay at leva Hotel Dubai. Amazing experience. My family and I had a very wonderful stay at Leva Hotel & Suites. The hotel’s location was perfect and the super market at Mazaya Centre is truly a gem❤️ I would like to highly commend Ms. Irish Mae of your inhouse Travels / Tours for her exceptional customer service and pleasing personality. She is a great employee who always go and beyond her duties to make sure that we are happy and satisfied with our Dubai vacation👏 Our whole day city tour & shopping tour was a stress free and memorable experience too.
