Overpriced hotel, but lovely beach. The location on the bay with turtles is fantastic, the sea is warm in October. There are nice swimming pools, sunbeds, etc. The room was ok, and the bed very comfortable.. The hotel is very overpriced. There are strange rules about booking restaurants, that do not seem to make sense and the hotel has a very bureaucratic approach. Some staff on the reception have not been helpful. The breakfast is ok, but not high quality..

Very good. The staff and service were absolutely fantastic except the pool towel and sun bed team who were grumpy and unhelpful the view is fantastic and facilities good apart from the gym which was very small. It’s a couples hotel really with lots of pool frolicking rather than a hotel for those whose children are older or for adult or family groups ( I know it is a 16+ hotel and k new when booking but the vibe is really really couples).

Great weekend break. Great location. Breakfast was very good and, although we made a breakfast-only booking we also had dinner at the Asian Fusion restaurant and this was excellent.
The hotel was very clean and the pool areas were well maintained. The option to swim and snorkel in the small bay directly in front of the hotel was an added bonus.
Very pleasant and well lit headland walk to Fig Tree Bay.. Accepting it is a beach hotel, we felt the reception area was spartan and we were a bit disappointed with the initial impression of the hotel - maybe some plants/flowers in the lobby area would brighten things up a bit.
Our sea view room was well equipped but the bathroom was quite small..
