Bad service and forcing us to leave early even tho they late check us in and restroom water wasn’t working and not clean. The room service was good and fast. The reservation delay the room wasn’t ready on time for us, they forced us to leave early even tho they didn’t make us check in on time. The reservation staff has bad attitude toward us for no reason.. best of all the bath tube wasn’t clean there was hair and the restroom water wasn’t working…..

Best stay for groups or the party people. The room , location and the staff were especially welcoming. Sadly forgot the ladies name at reception but she couldn't have been more helpful. Soul street was a tad expensive.
