Pleasant. Quiet place, the front desk Rehan was very helpful and the lagged man Assad was very helpful and friendly. Also Anna from room service was very professional in handling my comments.. The buffet was not worth the money and no viruses for the kids. Also the number of tables are very less compared to the size of the hotel. The breakfast fast team was depressed all the time and was ignoring my kids' requests.The parking slots are very tight..

Exceptional. We loved the staff and the hotel. It is perfect for a family stay. The kitchenette is very efficient. There are 2 bathrooms in the 1 bedroom apartments which are very convenient.
Asaad at the concierge was very sweet. He helped us through our check-in and check out.
The front desk staff were helpful and kind. They are always ready to help.. Nothing at all..
