NYE - with fireworks. Well positioned resort, mix of luxury and old charm. Palatial resort, with a private beach, good pool facilities, and outlets. The breakfast buffet was our highlight of our stay other than the very present and positive staff from reception, restaurant, beach club, room service, and housekeeping.. Unfortunately, it was New Years Eve, and hence, all the restaurants were booked for New Years packages. But the surprise was that the Room Service was also not offering a menu but again NYE set-menu, which was not at all great and very limited. I was with my kids and having the posisblity enjoy a nice dinner in my room was not possible so we had a overpaid set menu which was not satisfying at all..

Great. I would definitely come back again.. hotel, room, Amouage products in the room was definitely impressive and made the stay feel that much better, valet parking was great, staff assistance was great, room service was quick to respond when called for, the pool was lovely, the spa was great as well. I loved everything about the hotel.. The tourist fee that they charged really annoyed me. I understand that this is a gazetted fee, however, the other hotel that we booked through booking.com had factored this cost into the price so I was extremely surprised and annoyed when this came up at check-in..

Look forward to seeing you guys again. 1 - The size of the room 2 - The beach area on the adult side is peaceful 3 - The three ladies at Check-in, had forgotten their names, sorry, definitely from Asia, funny, polite, humble and lovely to have a conversation with 😍 4 - Love the SPA 5 - The breakfast staff are welcoming, accommodating, polite, lovely, pretty and kind. In particular the service staff and the snow-white gang at the breakfast welcoming desk. They are good people and I mean that 😍 6 - The housekeeping staff were awesome and supported you throughout the day. Thank you guys 😘 and they work incredibly hard. 7 - The Beach staff are also amazing I had one particular spot, which is the beach loungers and sun umbrella 320. That spot was always reserved for me throughout the day. Thank you guys for your support 😊. 8 - The Concierge team are great in particular Jagdish, who helped me with my luggage during check-in and checkout. He thought I was my younger brother, who visits the hotel frequently. Great guy and a lovely person to talk to, makes you feel that you belong. 9 - My mocha at the afternoon tea lounge was awesome, great taste and the lady outside serving had a great personality. 10 - Beach bag for convenience, but this you have to request. 11 - Valet parking is OK, with great service, may need to wait a while when it is busy.. 1 - Room-service dining service could be better, with cold rice served on the first day, and poppadum missing on the second day. They made up for it by providing me with pickles and an additional poppadum. However, that made me hesitant to order dessert. 2 - In the spa there is no spin-dry for your swimming gear and telsa bags are no longer provided. 3 - Passive smoking due to other guests on the beach. I didn't like that at all 🤬 4 - The quality of the food is not worth the price you pay. The cheesecake is not as good as in Nero or the Cheesecake Factory. The Indian food was OK and had a unique taste, not completely writing it off. I am just saying the price does not reflect the quality. 5 - I did not like how some of the staff's well-being had been neglected. They are working in the cold and are not provided with adequate gear to protect them. You only get to know this, when you speak with them. 6 - At night I was either having an allergic reaction to the linen/bedsheets or there was a bug. I would wake up in the morning with red bite marks on my hands every day..

Good stay. Staff in the property are very friendly and good in hospitality. The AC temperature in the room was not good but when we called technician to address it, they were fast in coming to the room to fix. Their butler service through whatsapp was good and prompt. Room size was amazing and super spacious. Due to events around the location, sometimes music sounds would be bothering but I understand this isint under the remit of the property.. Vegetarian options for Indian was less than average Idlis were dry, paratha was dry and not fresh at all. They hsd dosa and uttapam but same counter they were making eggs omlettes etc too. Could improve on with keeping better and fresher options considering they had 4 5 families atleast with indian nationality. Also would be good to manage veg options with different counter. They were to keep babymoon message for my sister before we checkin, but kept after 1 hour of us being in the room. Had to call house keeping team to do dusting in room.after we checked in as my sister was allergic to dust found on the lamps. This feedback is purely considering that compared to the price we paid for 2 people, and in return the level of service we got through breakfast, other services, it was not worth it. Had I paid average of 1500 dhs instead of over 2000 dhs per night, then perhaps my expectations would have been lesser and would have rated the stay perhaps differently..

Tremendously comfortable, luxurious and special!. We love everything about Zabeel Saray from the gloriously beautiful surroundings to the luxurious rooms. The amenities and the staff are first class.. We love Zabeel Saray and cannot fault it In any way..
