- Black out curtains. - Pool closes when the life guard takes his break in peak sunshine hours. Never heard of a hotel not letting you stay at the pool alone as an adult. Maybe it’s a UAE thing. It’s only for 30 min not end of the world, just annoying..

Disappointed. Hotel was clean and reception was bright
Check-in was fast and effortless. There are only UAE sockets provided in the room- no international sockets and no USB charging facility..When I requested an adaptor I was told I could purchase one! For such an international city this is a real oversight.
Additionally 303 did not have hot water.

Reception desk staff very good . Stanley excellent.. Parking on site was possible but sometimes not in an allocated space , so need to be flexible.

Fantastic stay, if they fix the leaking issue.. Everything is cool 🤍✨. I had room with a leaking water issue in the bathroom. And I was transferred to another room which also has the same issue exactly. The ground of the bathroom is always witty. All my socks went witty. I am not gonna enter the bathroom without my shoes because the hotel slippers get witty too.
Otherwise, all look good and amazing..
