high price. location was not too bad,but the price was high that breakfast was not included... cleanliness was satisfying ...this location and high price...aaaahhh. .

Simply Superb Hospitality. My check in and Check out were very smooth and front desk incharge Mr. Sanjay was very cooperative. Foods are truly continental and entire staff were serving with smile. Me. Mohmmad in F&B was simply superb. Only complain is during my three nights stay I had to reminded multiple time for room cleaning to housekeeping department. Rest all good including location.. .

Best & Affordable Hotel in Business Bay. One of the best & affordable stays around business bay during the peak season, the staff is quite welcoming, so is the housekeeping guys. They do have few restaurants which serve some real good food. Shoutout to Jihad and team for sorting out issues.. .

CityMax Hotel Bur Dubai – 3+ Month Stay Review 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I have been staying at CityMax for over three months now, and after trying many hotels in Dubai, I can honestly say that CityMax is the only one that feels truly “perfect” for me. It offers the best combination of price, service, accommodation, food and cleanliness, with a consistently high standard of hospitality. The hotel is cosy, personal and never intimidating or overwhelming like many large Dubai hotels. It feels human, warm and comfortable. Management A very special word of appreciation to Mr. Tanbil, the Manager – an excellent leader. He is always present, approachable, solution-oriented and calm, handling every situation with professionalism and care. You feel that he genuinely cares about both guests and staff, and that sets the tone for the entire hotel. Front Office & Reception My special thanks go to the front office team: Ehab, Jiya, Cyrel, Sanjay, Saqib, Musarat, Sarwar, Mohammed, Abhijeet, Nagendra, Islam and Ibrahim. They are always welcoming, efficient and attentive – from smooth check-in and check-out to assisting with taxis, information and any special requests. They are consistently polite, patient and smiling, even during busy hours. This front office team truly walks the extra mile for guests and is one of the main reasons I feel at home here. Key Staff – Exceptional Individuals • Mr. Manmeet – one of the most attentive gentlemen I have met in any hotel. He anticipates needs before you even ask, listens carefully, follows up, and makes sure everything is arranged perfectly. • Mdm. Lovely – highly competent, organised and reliable. She combines professionalism with genuine kindness, and you always feel in safe hands when she is involved. Café & Restaurant At the café, Apphia, May, Manoj, Krishna, Bibek and Jerin provide truly excellent service. They are fast, friendly and very attentive, often remembering guests’ preferences and making you feel like a regular family member rather than just a room number. The food is good, the atmosphere is relaxed, and the service is consistently top-level. Housekeeping & Cleaning Cleaning standards at CityMax are outstanding. Bahadur and Nadeesha deserve special thanks for always keeping my room in pristine condition. The cleaning is thorough, consistent and respectful of privacy. Towels, bedding and facilities are always fresh and spotless – this level of care is not always seen, even in more expensive hotels. Minor Downside (Not the Hotel’s Fault) The only downside I experienced is not related to staff, but to some guests who use their phones on loudspeaker in public areas. This can be a bit annoying at times, but to be fair, this is something you now see everywhere in the world and is not specific to CityMax. Overall, I want to thank all the staff at CityMax for their service, attentiveness, hospitality and constant smiles. They are always willing to help and to go the extra mile in a way I have not seen in many other hotels. The accommodations are pristine, the environment is warm and personal, and the value for money is more than fair. With gratitude, Said El Khazen. .

Best hotel with best staff Manmeet. Best hotel in Dubai I stayed in citymax and really enjoyed the staff is very welcoming specifically Singh Manmeet I really enjoyed this hotel. .

Good experience. I had a lovely nights in the hotel and I have a help from Ibrahim and jiya they served us very well , I came here twice in the same hotel because the workers were very friendly and nice.. .

Better luck next time !!!. have read positive reviews posted by others, but my experience was little different. damaged funitures, torn seat coveres, un able to close the bed side table drawers, stained linen and pillow covers, chipped floor tiles etc... very uncomfortable to stay at the room by seeing all this!!! all the staff, whether at the front reception, house keeping (Mr Imran from India), or the restaurent ( Arjun, Akhil ) or Abhijeet from the Lobby are super stars !!! they are friendly and trying their best to make us comfortable. unfortunately, i checked in at the peak season of the month and hotel was fully occupied and there was no rooms available to change as well. my friend in another room also had the similar experience but he was able to change the room due to the severe issues in wash room (wash room was meant for wheel chair accessable person) but the replaced room was also with the similar issues mentioned above had to check out after 4 days though booked for 12 days initially. may be my one could be an isolated story due to the peak season!!! To mention again all the staffs are very friendly, helpful , accomodating, i would say they are super stars!!!. .

Great Property - Spacious Rooms, Courteous Staff and Great Food. I had a great experience staying at Citymax Hotel, Business Bay, UAE. First of all the rooms are very spacious as compared to other hotels. Staff is extremely courteous and helpful. I was here for 5 nights and felt very comfortable and at home. My special thanks and appreciation to Mr Ihab and Ms Lovely for going out of the way in extending their hospitality and customer service to make me comfortable. Many thanks. Food is fantastic - Wok serves some wonderful sea food worth trying.. .
