Stay was good. Location. Behavior of the Receptionist during the check in time...she made us waited more that 30 minutes and was chit chatting with her collogue...I was feeling that I went there for a free stay.....not fair at all.

Very poor. . Staff didn't communicate and the booking system did not show proof of payment and left me standing in the lobby for hours even though it was not my fault. Staff at reception didn't know much about reservations. all round poor experience and will not be booking again..
