It was ok, but I wouldn’t recommend. The pools were very nice and plenty. No lifts, the staff were not really helpful with the luggage and just not ideal.

Clean but wouldn’t stay again. The pools were nice and it was clean. The staff were rude apart from the older man. He couldn’t help us enough. We booked the penthouse only to see if was basically a loft conversion, felt like we was in a bird hutch. It resembled a caravan with the small windows. We had to climb out of a small door/ window to get out onto the balcony. No lift but 3 flights of stairs. Staff followed us up with all our bags but didn’t offer to take one. The shower is for people who are 5ft my partner is nearly 6ft and had to basically bend over. Kept hitting his head on most parts of the roof. We booked it under the description of penthouse. It was not! It was clean. Staff member was asking us for our passports at 3am in the morning. Wouldn’t help us. The tele was on a board on wheels facing the opposite way to the bed. The pools were nice shame it was a mission for us to get to. No beach view. There was a bar with no one ever in it so you have to either wait hours or help yourself and pay later..

perfect!. The property and the views were amazing. Best place to come to after a long day. We really enjoyed breakfast as well. The staff was really helpful and sweet too! overall 10/10 will definitely go back!. .
