Comfortable hotel, great for families.. Fresh Breakfast & Dinner, different items served everyday.
Very nice & tranquil garden area, great for relaxing mornings and evenings.
Friendly and helpful staff.
Clean throughout; room keeping staff did a thorough job.
Free transfer between Hotel and Kataranci beach. Very nice beach with a great restaurant.. Some minor maintenance issues such as loose toilet seats and towel racks.
Pool can only be used between 10am and 7pm, I understand the need for a time limit but really feel timings should be atleast 8am to 9pm. In the intense summer heat, I really do not see guests using the pool between 11am and 4pm..

Very good. The Infinity Ruby hotel is a convenient place to stay, close to the main road between Dalaman and Fethiye. Our room was clean and comfortable and the staff were helpful. Evening meal and breakfast (both served in the garden) were of good quality, with a wide choice of food. I was given a voucher for admittance to a private beach just a few kilometers away for a swim.. No complaints..

Good value for a single night stopover. Large room, well kept pool, delicious breakfast, quiet location while being close enough to the main road to be very convenient as a stop over for a single night before heading to Dalaman airport. Very good value.. Mattresses were quite hard with just a thick cotton blanket for cover. Could have done with fleece style blankets provided in the room too as the night we stayed was quite chilly..

The hotel is everything you need if you’re planning a comfortable stay, but you have to be prepared to walk a distance f. The room I’ve stayed was equipped with everything i needed. Great breakfasts and dinners. There’s a walk you should take if you’re planning to go to a store.

Overpriced , disappointing .. especially for touring solo travellers .. Unfortunately , not much . I guess the staff were pleasant (but had little English) Breakfast was decent .although some days when put out by the bar, it was plagued with flies and wasps and it wasn't checked .
Very quiet location
Owner did my original transfer from Dalaman airport ..and he charged a very reasonable 30 Euros .. Not catering at all for Eng speaking solo ..(or otherwise) travellers
Eg. 1 No welcome leaflet to explain anything ..ie breakfast times , lunch , dinner ..I did have dinner one night because Talha on reception offered his Whatsapp. 2 . How to get to a supermarket , beach, restaurant ( absolutely nothing in walking distance.. remote )
3. No card asking for cleaner to ' clean room ' . I only realised I had to ask when I mentioned it to Talha .
4. When I moved hotel , the taxi driver recommended by Talha totally ripped me off . I paid 600 Turkish lira for literally an 8 min transfer ..and the driver had the audacity to ask for a tip! I'd expect the hotel to look after travellers .. Seemed like maybe they were on commission .
5. Pool area . Shower didn't work . I left trash by an ashtray and noticediit was still there three days later . Lounger covers were quite dirty and old . I used my room towel as a cover . There was weeds growing and generally not well kept . After a night storm , a parasol that id been using tipped over and no one stood it upright for most of the day. I just used another but just reflected how the upkeep of the pool area was not a priority . No music ..id expect at least some low, background music .in most hotels .
6. Room fridge was missing a holding bar on door ..so it limited where you could store water.
7. Only sold small bottles of water . As an avid recycler who dislikes plastic waste, and drinks a lot of water in the Turkish heat, ..and knowing I was there three nights , I would have preferred being able to buy large bottles of water on arrival . I arrived lateish and if I hadn't asked for water , there was none in the room , fridge .
I'd say this hotel was catering to Turkish families , who arrived in cars and bought their own food , water etc ..

The staff were helpful, providing a free pass to Katranci Bay and assisting via WhatsApp when needed. A traditional breakfast is served, with a healthy, fresh spread. The hotel is a short walk to the local beach, Akmaz Beach and a restaurant on route. Best to have google maps on as you will need to walk to get around if you don't have a car. There are buses available outside the hotel, though it is important to confirm your destination with the driver, and making a polite request to drop you back at the hotel for a slight extra charge. The garden is full of olive trees, offers a rustic countryside feel, complete with the sounds of local chickens. I was travelling on my own from the U.K as a female it was important for me to feel safe, I wanted a more authentic Turkish feeling and stay at an affordable hotel. Be comfortable though with most of the local residents not speaking English so have your google translator at hand.. Breakfast is served outdoors, so wasps may occasionally be attracted to food. It is advisable to cover breakfast items with sturdy covers when not in use to avoid this. The outdoor setting, though beautiful may require some attention to keep insects away..

I liked it) so I decided to extend my stay. I would like for breakfast to have more fruits, because now is the season,. huge, spacious room👍 good tasty food. even the fact that I can’t eat a lot because of the state of health (all sorts of sauces and additives), vegetables, meat, fish, there is always 👍. remoteness from the city. I walked to the center for more than an hour) although this is both a plus and a minus, if you like a relaxing holiday like in the village with your grandmother, then you will like it here. it suits me 😁.
