Absolute paradise. Everything was amazing, notably the staff were exceptional and our room was very nice. We arrived at 7:30am from the airport and check in wasn't until 3pm. The staff were able to upgrade us to an ocean view room and allowed us to check in from 8am onwards. Considering this was during peak season we were very grateful. Additionally we were also given a late check out as our flight to leave wasn't until late at night. Furthermore the location was unreal, felt like the most luxurious trip I've ever had. Shout out to staff members Gabin & Collins for their constant good energy and customer service.. Nothing!.

. Отель стал городским. Если хочется позагорать, покупаться - скорее надо выбирать что-то другое. Построили рядом высокие здания, солнце на пару часов выходит на пляже (не хватает). Море хорошее, но ходит большое количество катеров, поэтому к чистоте воды вопрос. Все остальное классное место, отель небольшой, уютный. Погулять вечером замечательно.. Сдают часто территорию отеля под мероприятия. Громко. Но это индивидуально для каждого. Кому-то не мешает.

Die Lage des Hotels ist fantastisch und der Umbau/Renovation gut gelungen.
Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit/freundlich
Chef Jojo, Chef Rana und Chef Raj haben sehr gut auf uns geschaut und haben alle unsere wünsche perfekt umgesetzt DANKE
Raoul wurde ein guter Freund von unserem Sohn und hat sehr viel mit ihm am Strand Fussball und Volleyball gespielt. Mein Sohn wird ihn sehr vermissen
Demi hat immer geschaut, dass wir einen guten Tisch am Frühstück und Abendessen bekamen auch ein grosses Danke!

für uns war es ein ganz toller Aufenthalt bei Ihnen!!! achja fast vergessen: tolle Silvesterparty! das Buffet war genial!. im Badezimmer hat es einen Bewegungsmelder. Es ist super, wenn er in der Nacht angeht wenn man auf WC muss, nur leider löscht er nicht mehr selbständig ab! Man muss zuerst alle Lichter einmal anschalten und dann alle wieder ablöschen. Wenn man das aber macht, ist die ganze Familie wach! ;-).

Horrible.. Everything was very bad.. This hotel should not have 5 star rating, it is worth only 2 stars at best. The hotel is dirty, rooms are terrible too, you can not feel comfortable, because even sheets feel unwashed, costumer service in the restaurant is terrible, even tho we paid for half board we were charged for coffees during breakfast that is not a five star hotel experience. They have a very small and uncleaned pool. The beach area looks horrible..

Ótima, porém com as ressalvas que coloquei. Café da manhã espetacular, cama e travesseiros super confortáveis, bar do lobby com várias opções boas p petiscar e beber. Tivemos um problema de segurança na festa de réveillon, por conta de uma caixa de inspeção situada em local impróprio, que causou-me a fratura em 2 ossos dos meus dedos do pé. Foram atenciosos comigo, mas negligentes na organização das barracas de comidas.
