Pleasant. Staff tried to support with the issues faced during Check in but the hotel need to be refurbished completely as furniture is old. There was some renovation activities going on.. The room checked in first was having problem with Air Conditioner. Then they changed the room and the new room also had A/C Problem. The elevators are slow and building furniture is old. There was not even a single Pakistani Channel. Rooms are not sound proof and I can hear people talking in connected room very clearly..
