A wonderful stay with friendly staff and a fantastic view of Dubai Festival City fireworks. We were so impressed with the staff at this Al Jadaf Rotana Suite Hotels. Every single staff member we encountered was genuinely friendly and helpful. It really made our stay special. Our room had a wonderful view that allowed us to see the Dubai Festival City fireworks – a real highlight! The staff also went above and beyond to accommodate our requests, which we greatly appreciated. We would definitely stay here again!. We enjoyed our stay and found everything generally satisfactory. The lack of a USB-C charging port was a minor inconvenience. Providing one would be a helpful addition for modern travellers..

I Think a way of improvement to put family with little kids 1 room a way from other rooms to avoid switching rooms, for also their comforts.

Great hotel, but they need to speed up their room service.. The building is extremely luxurious and beautiful. The suite we stayed at was gorgeous, spacious and had all the amenities we could need.. The perimeter of the hotel entrance is surrounded by bushes, which made it very difficult to walk to places. I wish they would accommodate for pedestrians. We only ordered drinks from the room service, but for some reason it took them over an hour to arrive..
