. Das Hotel ist super, sauber und komfortabel. Wir hatten nach 2 Tagen einige Ameisen im Zimmer aber diese wurden dann schnell beseitigt.
Das einzige was mir nicht gefallen hat war das Essen. Alle Speisen haben ganz einfach nicht geschmeckt, daher haben wir abends meistens draußen gegessen. Die Mitarbeiter aus der Küche könnten auch freundlicher mit den Gästen umgehen, scheinen mit der Situation überfordert zu sein. . .

Çok güzel bir otel . Otel ve konumu çok güzel.
Otelde çalışan herkes Güler yüzlü ve hizmette sınır yok ve herkes severek hizmet ediyor. Girişimiz biraz zor olsada tatilimiz bi o kadar güzel oldu.
Plaj çok küçük olsada iskele ile süper bir çözüm yaratılmış ve muhteşem turkuaz denizi eşsiz.
Ben tekrar gelmek isterim ama bu sefer umut ediyorum ki otel belki “adults only” olur ve içecekler orijinal markalardan oluşur.. .

. Everything was perfect until the staff at the reception blew it at the very last minute.
We stayed there for four days and truly enjoyed our vacation. However, at check out, we asked the reception to call us a taxi. 10 mins later somebody came over and gave us a piece of paper with a taxi station phone number, and asked us to call them ourselves. The number had no answer. I went back inside and ask the lady at the reception what else they can do to help us. Short of shrugging her shoulders, she said she can google other taxi stations but refused to make any calls herself.
At the end, I was able to reach one taxi station and literally had to beg the guy to send us a taxi. They said they don’t work with Bellazure. I never got to find out the reason for this refusal. In the end, it took us about 40 mins and reception staff did absolutely nothing to help us. Beautiful resort, excellent service otherwise, but that last minute experience with reception left a bad impression. . .
