Best Hotel in Cyprus. Highly recommend this hotel , we stay every year , the staff are welcoming and very accommodating. The new hotel rooms are stunning, the hotel is extremely clean, rooms are spacious and have been finished to a high end quality. The children are entertained all day with the muiltple swimming pools and the lazy river that runs through the hotel. There are many available beds and not cramped so no need to run down in the morning and put towels down. The pool staff are always around to bring drinks and snacks with a smile. Restaurants are superb 👌 you don't even have to leave the hotel. Everything you need is less then a minute away , the hotels supermarket has all you need at local prices which you don't usually find. So you won't be getting ripped off. Please visit you won't be disappointed.. .

Exceptional. It was a cold afternoon and very windy so didn't use many facilities,but pools,bars and restaurants were plenty,very vast and staff very pleasant. We had a free upgrade which was very nice.. It's not really a dislike but found the restaurants over priced,we live the other side of the island and in comparison very expensive, Restaurants outside the hotel were better priced..

Great wedding reception. The whole experience was wonderful. The staff were incredibly kind and pleasant and especially in the Vala Beach club. Eva particularly ran an amazing show and was so kind to the whole group. Everyone had an amazing evening. There was amazing food which was delicious, including such great portions that we were all well fed. There was a wedding and the reception was ideal with great dancing until the late evening and it felt like the whole hotel and experience was just for us. I rate it 100%.. .

Family holiday in october. This is definitely not a 5* hotel. Reception and management staff are very rude. They think it is ok to argue with you and laughed in your face when they are in the wrong! Be very careful when paying for a certain room type, they tried to put us in an “upgrade room” when in reality it was no upgrade- a very old tired looking bedroom which has not been renovated for years. Then being moved to the renovated side but a much smaller room with one tiny wardrobe (see photo for family of 4) this was classified as sea view (if you stretched you neck round the corner) the very rude guest relations lady informed us this was the same sq metre as the photos on their website of the room type we booked (a total lie). Katorina the reception manager was the first staff member to apologise for this mess up and agreed to put us in the room we booked (as pictured online) but not until the Friday (2.5 days into our hols)- very disappointing. The bedroom once we moved was beautiful and 100% much bigger with double the wardrobe space and actual sea view (just a shame we had the go through all that to get there). Breakfast was the worst I’ve had in a hotel, disgusting smell of drains which is very off putting. Very sad looking selection of food. The omelettes were the safest bet for being hot! Facilities are also not 5*, my children wanted to play table tennis but we were greeted by a worn down table and bats which were unusable- when asked for any other bats there answer was simply “its end of season”. The dart board also only had 2 darts and they could not buy a new set again because “end of season” not what you expect from 5*. Safety of guests is also a concern, one of our family tripped on the hotel path because of a massive crack in the pavement (see photo). This was highlighted to reception and greeted by “we don’t think that path is actually ours” although this is the only path hotel guests can use to walk between Nissi beach and the hotel. I asked if a sign or red tape could be put to warn other guest but unfortunately this did not happen. There are much nicer hotels in Cyprus for the same money, so think very carefully when booking!. .

Bad. . They closed the facilities and services and restaurants while still having guests. No towels in shower facilities.

Superb. Fantastic location, and I was upgraded to a very nice deluxe beachfront suite. Dinner and breakfast buffets were both very nice.. Long queues at the checkin and checkout counter. It didn't seem well organised to cope with peaks. Also, I had booked a room with car parking, but finding a place to park was a big challenge..

Wonderful vacation!. Have stayed here before and the Hotel was as wonderful as always! Beautiful room, great food and very helpful staff. A Special thank you to Vasso the manager. Breakfast has an amazing selection. Cocktails are to die for!!! See you next year thank you!!. .
