The essential infrastructure should be fixed to match the efforts of the fantastic staff!. Liked : The staff is the absolute highlight of this hotel. They’re very kind and attentive and really try to help you. The location and the views are nice. The buffets are rich and fresh. Depending on which room you stay, it may be very nice. I stayed on the ‘luxury’ block and it was very nice and spacious. Not sure I chose it purposefully though. Disliked: The elevators didn’t work most of the time we were there. For a resort that is built on steep hills, I find this unacceptable. In all fairness they offered a ride with the car and change of room, but this doesn’t make the problem go away. when it works, it’s slow and holds 4 people only so I can’t imagine how it would be in peak season. If you’re older or have mobility challenges I’d recommend you to think twice. The other major problem was the wifi- it is unreliable. Finally while I stayed in a ‘luxury’ room, my parents stayed in a regular room and the difference is massive. Their room was pretty small, difficult to access and the AC was very loud.. .

Clean, nice meals, wish there is frequent free shuttle services to the beach and shopping places. Room is clean. Breakfast, lunch, dinner were amazing however lacked of Turkish food. We're in Turkey but hardly any Turkey dishes apart from Baklava.. It is far from the beach. I don't like that there is only one shuttle bus per day to and fro, and if the shuttle bus is full, you have to take the taxi. There should be a FREE shuttle bus to take guests to nearby shopping market..

Wouldn't recommend. In my opinion definitely not 5 star. Items of kids clothing going missing from my sisters room, she asked the house keeping but got a door shut in her face. Young female staff member on the pool bar extremely rude, same darts game around the pool twice a day. No forms or room number /telephone numbers required when leaving a child in the kids club. My sisters 2 kids where ill on the last day. She asked for a late check out but the reception said no and hung up on her. Lobby area stairs dirty, sticky. Food was ok. Beware that the 'brunch' between 10am and 11am is the breakfast that has been left out from the breakfast service to go cold and stale. Shower cubical in the room needs mould and Mildred remover applied, tv couldn't see a picture it was just static. Air con worked fine on a certain setting but if changed it would squeak all night. Bed was comfy, room in general was clean, balcony faced a wall. Water wasn't always topped up in the room so I'd have to go and get some. I would expect in a 5 star hotel I wouldn't come across half of these issues.. .

Great stay, enjoyed. Great location. First all inclusive experience and the kids enjoyed a lot. Facilities are really good and the staff is great as well. Our room was very high but was allowed for park the car closer so made things easier. Food was great and good variety every day. They kept us fed throughout the day. The free entry to waterpark was good too. You’re still booking through a third party (travel agent via booking.com) and not directly with the hotel. The travel agent desk in the hotel had great deals on tours - we got a great deal on the boat trip. Overall good stay.. The steps to the room and the lift is slow. Aircon in the room was ok - could have been much more powerful..

Very good. We absolutely loved the resorts vibe.. plenty to do.. we were a family of 12 celebrating a 40th and it could not have been better.. Will definitely return 100% inc food great.. bar great in our opinion. The hotel is built on a mountain.. it wasn't a problem for us but people with mobility issues will struggle including those with pushchairs especially if the lift wasn't working. Theres only 1 very slow lift that can only hold 4 people at a time..

Will definitely be returning!!!. I really love this hotel hence why I was there twice this year. The staff are all wonderful and cannot do enough for the guests. To name a few of the staff that I found amazing, Ihsan, Musa, Aysegul, Osiye, Rüya all made this holiday an unforgettable one. Thanks Orka Sunlife for a beautiful time. We will be back for more next year x. .

Almost 10/10 (beautiful resort). Clean, variety of food to cater majority of the people and location is beautiful.. Internet - WiFi connection is poor at certain places of the resort and that was the only one thing that perhaps could be better..
