Quite and comfortable. Everything was exceptional the staff the facilities I liked the shuttle to Dubai mall and festival city mall There are some coffee shops across the street not that close though Was more than expected Thanks. Prices still above average Even food and drinks was pricy.

Apart from the friendly ,the place is just a standard hotel, Was given a filthy room first.. The staff were very helpful.The view from room 2003 is great .the buffet breakfast is not all that ,Same food repeated ,however the buffet staff especially Raj is a gem in that place who tries his utmost best to make you feel welcome,. Its not worth ,Paying for a 5 star ,The breakfast is boring and the machines in gym is not good ,some of them not working and the pool is not heated, Wouldnt recommend this to anyone especially assuming to be a 5 star and paying that much,.

Pleasant. The location. I have been a loyal guest of this hotel and always appreciated its exceptional service, but my recent experience was far below expectations. The service quality has significantly declined, and this seems to coincide with changes in staff. 1. Valet Parking Issues: The apartments no longer offer direct valet parking. Guests are required to drop their luggage, then drive their car 10 meters to the hotel entrance to collect a parking ticket. This inconvenient arrangement is frustrating and unworthy of a hotel claiming to offer luxury experiences. 2. Delayed Car Retrieval: After handing my valet ticket to a staff member, he kept my ticket with him for nearly 10 minutes before my car was even requested. This inefficiency is disappointing and shows a lack of attention to guest needs. 3. Unprofessional Laundry Service: A staff member delivered my laundry to my room and requested immediate payment. When I asked him to wait while I retrieved my credit card, I returned to find him holding the door open with his leg instead of waiting respectfully outside. This behavior was intrusive and disrespectful, leaving me uncomfortable in my own space, as it felt like the staff did not trust me to return promptly with my payment. 4. Unacceptable Housekeeping Incident: I am extremely disappointed by the behavior of the housekeeping staff during my stay. On 10th Jan @19:08pm, the housekeeping staff opened the door and entered my appartment without permission while my family and I were inside. This breach of privacy is completely unacceptable, especially in a hotel that claims to offer a premium guest experience. Respecting guest privacy is a fundamental part of hospitality, and this incident left us feeling uncomfortable and disrespected. I strongly urge management to address this serious issue and ensure that staff are properly trained to uphold the standards of professionalism and respect for guest privacy..
