Pleasant. Located close to the bar street and other good restaurants and supermarkets. Walking distance to the beach and the property has sufficient parking space. Pool is well maintained.. The bathroom needs to be maintained better, sink was clogged and the cloth rod was broken. Room housekeeping is not great. Not much value for money..

Really good value for money.. The hosts were great. Breakfast was really good, the room was cleaned almost everyday. Always new towlls if you need them. Great location.. A bit noisy at night, at least on the side that doesn’t face the pool, but understandable for Ayia Napa..

There was plenty of room by the pool as many people seem to make trips to beaches during the day instead. Safetybox and refrigerator not including in room price.

The hotel is in a perfect location, very quiet and close to shops and very nice restaurants. The closest beach is about 15-20 min walk away. There's also a carpark on site which is great.
We really enjoyed our stay here, and we are already planning to come back next year.. .
