So disappointed and Sad of this experience. The cleanliness staff is superb at their job
Location is great
Food dining is great too and restaurants. I will be honest regarding some points here that needs to be elaborated
1st and was the worst one was the shower issue that couldn’t be solved until 3rd time complaining, I had to take a cold shower many times over even the technician guy came and fixed it after 2 hours job I was waiting then next day same problem not to mention it’s the winter season .
2nd issue we faced was losing my laundry clothes, they had look for it which is to me unpleasant and unprofessional , the guy responsible was showing me many pictures of my lost clothes to identify mine ???!!!
3rd issue is some of the staff is very rude in communication and I don’t want to say who’s so I could sound a racist
4th Shattaf near the bathroom’s chair was leaking heavily that soaked my clothes of water on the 1st night
I was staying for 8 nights and Am sorry I will not stay again in this hotel even I had a beautiful memories of meeting someone very special to my heart !
