Passable. Thia lounge. 1. The cleaning wasn’t up to the level and a lot of times the bed was dirty and no tissues were in the room which is odd.
2. The fridge wasn’t working properly and I tried to cool some water but it didn’t work.
3. My sister experienced the room service and the food wasn’t good and once she ordered a grill and the sauce they forgot it and she called to request them to bring it they got it 45 minutes after bringing the food and the food was cold.
4. The lighting is very dark it needs more lighting.
5. I wanted to park my car and they said no only valet it’s more convenient if I can park my own car and access the parking..

Very good. The property has a great location near Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa, and many activities. I loved the spacious and well-designed room with a nice balcony. The staff was friendly, but unfortunately, our request for room cleaning was not fulfilled. Overall, a convenient and great stay!. .
