Disappointing. . Very noisy room, in front of the bar with activity until after midnight and next to the service area that was starting to carry the trolleys at 5 AM and lifts with people going up and down all day long. Couldn't sleep at all... Asked to change the room, but nothing.. Local kids from the area were accessing the hotel facilities without any restrictions. Not much security around..

Overall the staff were nice and we had a good holiday.. Food was nice, hotel was relaxing overall.. Maid doesn’t really clean your room, she just mops the floor in the bedroom. Doesn’t leave clean cups or towels and doesn’t clean the terrace which is a shame when you’ve paid for a swim up room so would like to spend more time there. Also not enough sunbeds for the amount of guests. 3 out of 6 days we had to sit on the chairs as there weren’t any beds available..

Our stay was great, but one thing was really dissapointing. We stayed in swim up room, pool was very cold. It was imposs. . .
