Picturesque villa with swimming pool surrounded by lovely staff. Beautiful villa with swimming pool. Staff were super welcoming and great dinner on site. The place was very clean and spacious.. Everything was super nice..

Beautiful property away from it all. Beautiful property and views! Really nice staff! Very tasty Turkish breakfast. The property is very private in a rural neighborhood, great for peace and quiet.. We didn't know how far away we were from the town and restaurants so it was a bit of a trek if we wanted to go anywhere. Also, the air conditioning unit in our room didn't work so great..

Passable. It is a nice sunny villa with all amenities, exotic garden and pool.. There was no hot water for two days. Although this issue was reported to the staff upon our arrival, it was not resolved until the third day - ie we only had hot water for one day of our stay. We have also used the garden hot tub one day only. When we claimed about compensation, the manager told us on check out, that the coffee drunk at breakfast had been paid for - we have no comment on his statement. Trere are many ants in the kitchen of the villa. As well a lot of mosquitoes and flies. These were very annoying when eating in the restaurant. Breakfast was uniform for all days of our stay. We dined at their restaurant once and didn't do it a second time - it was outrageously expensive compared to the food quality. For all days of our stay, it was not cleaned, the towels were not changed, the garbage was not collected..

Paradise!. I really couldn't fault this hotel if I tried! Everything about our stay here made our holiday better than we could have imagined. The accommodation was BLISSFUL. In restored historic buildings, it was clear how much love and attention was paid to make these gorgeous, fit-for-purpose villas, inkeeping with the local style and paying homage to the location's history. A masterpiece of understated luxury. The staff are friendly and helpful. We were here during the off season. Though language could be a barrier sometimes, we managed just fine (with a little help from Google translate when needed!). Even the animals provided excellent customer service! Food and wine was tasty too. The location is perfect. Surrounded by pine-covered hills, Babadag mountain in the background, Kayakoy is a peaceful, rustic paradise. The sound of sheep bells and the call to prayer (plus the occasional barking dog!) echo across the valley. Despite the rural setting, you're still close to bustling Fethiye and the beautiful blue lagoon beach of Oludeniz. I'm not sure if you can tell I highly recommend Ada Dreams History!!. .

Truly Magical. Wonderful relaxing stay at Ada Dreams (deluxe studio/Gaia). The villa is beautifully restored with equipped with everything you need - lots of attention to detail. We enjoyed breakfast in our garden, and lazy days by (or in - 1st week April!) the pool. The views across the valley to the mountains are stunning. The staff are very friendly and on hand whenever you need them…making this the best of both worlds….looked after you in your own “home from home”. Would definitely love to come back.. .

It was phenomenal!. Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of incredible — 10 out of 10! It exceeded both mine and my spouse's expectations in every way. If you're looking for the perfect spot for a romantic escape, this is it. We had a wonderful chance to recharge and completely switch off. As for the location, all the comments you see are absolutely true — it's more than amazing. We absolutely enjoyed the breathtaking views, and it seems our villa, Calla, had the best ones! This was the first time in our lives that we re-booked the place for our next vacation while checking out. Overall, our experience was phenomenal, and we can't wait to return. Highly recommend it!. The only setback was a rather weak WiFi signal. However, I can't really complain about it because the place itself encourages you to avoid the internet, work, and all other distractions as much as possible, and simply enjoy slow living. If the WiFi were stronger and a few more dishes were added to the restaurant's menu, I wouldn't leave this place at all. 🤣.

Amazing experience. The service , the location , food the staff everything was just perfect. Frankly speaking Nothing, except the AC wasn't that good.

Disappointing. Villa was 5 star. Food and Beveridge very much an after thought. It's best to approach this as Self catering.
