Mixed feelings on this one. Ok not sure where to start, I arrived, was allocated a disability room, I do not hv a disability, I feel as I was solo they would give me the worst room. I got my room changed the next day to a normal room the concierge desk I found to be unhelpful and tbh rude. The lifts are the slowest to arrive, I wish they had stairs to use. Breakfast well what can I say, never known a 5 star hotel to say no to a simple request. On the menu it says you can order hash browns as I don't eat eggs or meat i was limited so I asked for hash browns and was told no. I would understand if they did not do them but they are on the menu!!! Location wise was great. Cleanliness was great. Staff little bit rude, the security people top of escalator and rude, maybe training in a greeting or a smile would benefit them. Guys at the entrance are really good, rest of staff could learn from them.. .

A hotel you should always book!. Brilliant location, friendly staff, and a great value for money! The rooms are clean, spacious, and have vibrant city view. Will definitely go back!. .

Will not be back. Lost our money ,as we didn't have a physical passport, had on our phone and driving licence but the answer was no ! Staying our a Bab al Bher and thought it would be nice for a night in the city and enjoy the next day but after doing two things we are on our way back , I can't see on the hotel policy anything about passport!!. .

Fantastic Four!. Philip, Saru, Ahmed and Jay are the real fantastic four! Extremely attentive, polite and considerate members of staff. Made dining with children and family smooth and stress free. Even during busy breakfast time they catered for all our needs. I suggest going to breakfast before 8:30 as it’s gets extreme busy. Beetroot shotter at dinner time is 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼. .

Great. Very good, the hotel is in very good location close to Downtown and facilities are okay. At the swimming pool could have some improvements. .

Not a 5-Star Experience. We stayed here as a family and were very disappointed. Smoking and vaping were allowed around the swimming pool area — even while children were swimming. This felt completely inappropriate for a hotel claiming to be 5-star. Is this really standard practice? The swimming pool staff were unprofessional, unmotivated, and did not maintain cleanliness. Even simple courtesy like greetings was lacking. The overall hygiene of the hotel also did not meet expectations. Additionally, it's important to mention that we had no hot water for over four hours due to issues within the hotel. When the water was finally restored, it came out brown and murky from the taps, which was both unpleasant and concerning. Food options were limited with very little variety, although I will mention that the staff at the egg station were polite and welcoming — a small bright spot in an otherwise underwhelming experience. This hotel seems to rely heavily on its location near the Museum of the Future, but beyond that, it falls short in many areas. I would not stay here again, nor would I recommend it.. .
