Bad. I had a very disappointing stay at Raintree Rolla Hotel in Bur Dubai. The cleanliness was terrible, with cockroaches spotted in the room, making the environment extremely unhygienic. The staff at the reception were unprofessional and unresponsive, showing no concern for guest issues or complaints. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.. when gust out they just clear on bedsheet no changing cloths.
