Horrible experience. Extremely disappointing experience – avoid this place! We arrived at the hotel expecting a warm welcome, but there was no one at reception. Eventually, a woman came out in a bath towel, clearly not prepared to deal with guests. She didn’t speak any English and became rude and aggressive when we asked basic questions. She even yelled at us and said things like “this is not a hotel, it’s a boutique,” which made no sense and was incredibly unprofessional. We were told to “just wait” without explanation, and the overall attitude was hostile and disrespectful. When we finally got to our room, it was tiny, dirty, and nowhere near the standard you’d expect even from a budget place. I strongly advise others to stay away – this place is badly managed, unclean, and completely lacks basic hospitality. .

. Séjour de 2 jours dans cet hôtel avec la chambre tout en haut en terrasse chambre spacieuse par contre très sale mis à part les draps il n’y avait rien de propre dans la chambre, la salle de bain dans un état pas propre du tout la lumière de la salle de bain qui marchait pas bien, poignée de porte du meuble cassée, pommeau de douche cassée. Le grand lit 2 places était cassée aussi. Le pire était la climatisation on a eu une climatisation qui je pense était défectueuse ou insuffisante pour la superficie de la chambre. Le personnel était gentil et l’hôtel bien placée rien à dire sur le personnel ni sur l’emplacement mais pas sur le ménage et les appareils. On nous a données la pire chambre de l’hôtel je crois. Dommage mais je ne recommande pas. . .

. İşletme sahipleri çok ilgiliydi. Özellikle Buket Hanıma ve Bülent Beye çok teşekkür ediyoruz. Buket Hanımın bizi her sabah müthiş bir güleryüzle karşılamasını hep hatırlayacağız. Tatilimizi keyifle geçirmemize çok yardımcı oldular ve otel konum olarak çok merkezi bir yerde. Gümbette kalacak yer arıyorsanız çok düşünmeye gerek yok derim. . .
