Avoid it if you can. Location. Rooms are freezing cold even with the AC turned off, due to faulty AC duct design. Cigarette smoke from other rooms also enters the non-smoking rooms. The management is totally unaware about these faults in the hotel.

Better but need to improve a bit. Accessible to metro station and near to some groceries and restaurants. Lack of equipment like kettle for hot water, tooth cleaning equipment like tooth brush and toothpaste, disposable slippers for the guest to use inside the room.
