Superb. Every staff were polite and friendly. I stayed with all inclusive plan and that was amazing. Food was a lot of variation with international and traditional. See you soon:). Nothing..

Great stay. Location fantastic Parking at hotel Excellent shower. Beds could have been a bit comfier Just one pillow.

Always is good to come back to Agia Napa. Location is excellent, near bus station (101-102) for all beaches, supermarket, center and Limanaki pedestrian zone. Food was delicious and various. Rooms are very comfortable.. Our room facing the hotel parking was a little bit noisy at night and in the morning caused by the delivery vehicles and garbage trucks. Pool view rooms are much quieter. Mattress should be changed..

Great Hotel. Great hotel Thanks to everyone, especially the reception Mrs. Tatiana - Tanya, she helped us right away, and gave advice how to get to know the city, recommended beaches, local restaurants. Thank you so much for everything everyone. We will definitely go back there, this hotel is great for a family, I recommend it to everyone.. .

Exceptional experience. Extraordinary atmosphere, comfortable, very good breakfast, great location (everything was near).. The staff was very attentive and friendly.. If we visit Aya Napa next year, we will choose this hotel again. Everything was good 😊. As advice, I would say that it would be better if there was a low light choice in the room.

Nice place to stay. After having our rooms cancelled at Odessa Beach Protaras, this was a lovely find ,good location and a well kept hotel , and a special mention to geny on reception such professional and so helpful . Would definitely stay here again for Ayia napa. .

Nice hotel and very central .. Having just returned we enjoyed our stay at the nc hotel.food was lovely and varied with a different theme each night ie chinese on the monday italian on the tuesday etc.it states gents must wear trousers but as long as you are smart but casual then shorts are allowed.saw one guy trying to get in with just shorts and no tshirt for lunch.really??the drinks were good too at poolside bar with plenty of choice.my favourite being a brandy sour.rooms are cleaned every day we had to put the do not disturb sign on the door a cpl of times as didnt want woke up after a late night.theres a fridge.kettle.hairdryer and tv in the room.theres plenty of storage shelves and also a drying rack on the balcony for your towels etc.one wee tip take a note of your room number as its not on the card and its embaressing having to ask reception what room your in.wifi throughout the hotel was good and the aircon in the rooms a lifesend both are free.location of hotel is very central if you come out the reception turn left the nearest supermarket is about 100ms away.theres also a back gate to the right hand side of the pool bar as you face it.this take you out next to the cemetary on nissi ave.the staff are a credit to the hotel especially george and his team.just one wee complaint from us would be that the fire alarm went off at 6.30am one sunday morning.there was no clear information about the marshalling point.we headed down the stairs to reception but could only see one member of staff who clearly didnt know what to do and was on the phone.only 20 odd of the residents actually bothered to go to the front of the hotel.god forbid if it was real and i think the hotel shoul address this and have a clear fire marshalling point and trained fire wardens.overall we had a great 10 night stay and couldnt fault the food or drinks so thank you nc for a great stay.. .
